Energy harvesting passive and active suspension

A hydraulic actuator includes an energy recuperation device which harvests the energy generated from the stroking of a shock absorber. The energy recuperation device can function in a passive energy recovery mode for the shock absorber to store recovered energy as fluid pressure or it can be converted to another form of energy such as electrical energy.

Automatic control system and method for joystick control-based construction equipment

According to the present invention, a hydraulic system of construction equipment is implemented as a close center system, which converts an input signal of an electric or hydraulic joystick into a speed signal of a work apparatus, and controls a speed of the work apparatus regardless of an external load condition, thereby minimizing fatigue of a worker to improve work efficiency, improving a work apparatus operation ability of an unskilled person, and patterning standardized work to implement automation of construction equipment.

Actuator Controller and Method for Regulating the Movement of an Actuator

An actuator controller for actuating an actuator which can be operated fluidically, having a feed line for an inflow of the working fluid to an actuator connector and having a discharge line for an outflow of the working fluid to a fluid outlet, wherein the feed line is assigned a feed line valve and the discharge line is assigned a discharge valve, which valves are configured in each case to influence a volumetric fluid flow at the actuator connector, and having a control device for actuation of the feed line valve and the discharge valve. A throughflow sensor is arranged in a line section between the discharge valve and the fluid outlet, which throughflow sensor is configured for determining a volumetric fluid flow in the discharge line and for providing a throughflow signal.

FLUID CONTROL ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEM

A fluid system includes a fluid control assembly in fluid communication with a fluid source in fluid communication with a fluid supply port and the fluid control assembly is in fluid communication with an actuator via an outlet port. A controller controls at least one supply valve and at least one exhaust valve. The at least one supply valve and exhaust valve are in a normally closed position until being actuated by the controller to an open position. The fluid control assembly includes a pressure sensor in communication with the outlet port. Whereby when pressure in the outlet port is less than a predetermined pressure, a controller opens the supply valve to communicate fluid to the actuator via the actuator line and when the pressure in the outlet port is greater than a predetermined pressure the controller opens the exhaust valve to vent the is outside a predetermined range.

REGENERATION CONTROL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

A regeneration control hydraulic system for an excavator, including at least one hydraulic pump, an actuator, a regeneration oil path, and a regeneration cut-off oil path. The regeneration oil path is configured to send a return oil as a regeneration oil to a cavity having a negative pressure of the actuator. The regeneration oil path is provided with a regeneration valve and a first control valve. The first control valve is configured to control the regeneration oil to enter the cavity having the negative pressure of the actuator when a working device of the excavator retracts inwards, or to control the oil to be discharged from the actuator to the regeneration cut-off oil path when the working device swings outwards. The regeneration cut-off oil path is configured to send the regeneration oil passing through the regeneration valve or the oil discharged from the actuator to other destinations.

System and method including a fluidic actuator and a pressurized fluid provision device

A system, including: a fluidic actuator which can be acted upon by a pressurized fluid and has an actuator member, a pressurized fluid provision device which is adapted to carry out a position control of the actuator member and, within the position control, to act upon the fluidic actuator with the pressurized fluid in order to move the actuator member into a prescribed position, and a hose arrangement, including at least one hose via which the fluidic actuator is fluidically connected to the pressurized fluid provision device, wherein the pressurized fluid provision device is adapted to carry out the position control taking into account a system model describing the hose arrangement, the actuator and/or the pressurized fluid provision device.
