CONNECTING DEVICE
A connecting device having a hollow-body-like plug-in part which is of variable outer circumference and which interacts with a fixing device which is at least partially insertable into the plug-in part, wherein the fixing device is connectable to an actuation section which projects out of the plug-in part. Here, the plug-in part, with the fixing device inserted therein and with the actuation section connected thereto, has the minimum external shape thereof in terms of the dimensions thereof when the actuation section is in a rest position. The actuation section is moved by means of axial or radial movement relative to the plug-in part into a working position in which the plug-in part has the maximum external shape thereof in terms of the dimensions thereof, wherein the plug-in part has a closed shape on its side situated opposite the insertion side of the fixing device.
CONNECTOR
A connector for insertion into two connectable items consists of two parts with inter-engaging features, for instance, a spigot and socket, which may be latched together under the force applied by a pivoting latch arm in one part with a tensionable clamping arm engaging the other part to clamp the two parts together when the latch arm is homed.
Adapter, goods carrier and fastening system
An adapter (1) for fastening a goods carrier to a longitudinal support profile (2) comprises a connecting element (13) to which the goods carrier can be connected, and a mounting structure (12) by means of which the adapter (1) can be detachably fastened to the support profile (2). The mounting structure (12) has adjusting mechanism (1222) with which the adapter (1) can be adjusted to a released position, a suspended position and a fixed position. In the released position the adapter (1) can be freely arranged on the support profile (2) and removed from it. In the suspended position the adapter (1) can be fastened to the support profile (2) and at the same time can be moved along the support profile (2). In the fixed position in the adapter (1) is rigidly connected to the support profile (2).
Set of Panels
A method, a locking device and a set of panels, including a panel and an adjacent panel, wherein the panel includes a groove and at least one hole connected to the groove via an opening, the adjacent panel includes a first edge that is configured to be arranged in the groove of the panel, and the panel includes a locking device configured to lock the first edge of the adjacent panel in the groove of the panel, wherein the locking device includes a cylinder and a lever connected to the cylinder, the cylinder is configured to be arranged in the hole in the panel, the cylinder is an eccentric cylinder including a top and bottom base and a locking surface connecting the top and bottom base, the cylinder is configured to act as a cam when the cylinder is turned about an axis in the hole.
Set of panels, a method for assembly of the same, and a locking device for a furniture product
A set for a furniture product includes a panel, an adjacent panel and a locking device. The panel includes a groove and at least one hole connected to the groove via an opening. The adjacent panel includes a first edge that is configured to be arranged in the groove of the panel. The locking device is configured to lock the first edge of the adjacent panel in the groove of the panel. The locking device includes a cylinder and a lever connected to the cylinder. The cylinder is configured to be arranged in the hole in the panel. The cylinder is configured to be displaceable in the hole between a first mounting position and a second locking position by rotation of the cylinder.
Connector
The present invention discloses a connector, comprising part 1 and 2 that can be separated; part 1 comprises base and rotating rod , rotating rod horizontally penetrates the base and can rotate; rotating rod is provided with a pick on it and a fixture block at one end which is located at exterior of base; part 2 is provided with a cavity with T-shape cross section in it and the lower end of cavity's vertical part is connected with outside; the width of cavity's vertical part is slightly greater than the length of fixture block, and the length of cavity's vertical part is slightly less than the length of fixture block but slightly greater than the width of fixture block. Through two separated parts respectively preset in the furniture, consumers can connect two parts of furniture with aided tools and simple operation, thus being more flexible and convenient.
Tool-free front attachment fitting
A fitting part for tool-free fastening in a bore in a panel includes a radially outwardly expandable expansion sleeve for insertion into the bore and a fitting housing, which is mounted in the expansion sleeve so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation between a starting rotary position and a final rotary position, has a lever arm which is arranged outside the expansion sleeve and has a latching device, and has an expansion contour which is arranged inside the expansion sleeve and, upon rotation of the fitting housing in the expansion direction of rotation from the starting rotary position to the final rotary position, expands the expansion sleeve radially outwards.
METHOD OF USING SPRING LOADED LATCH LOCK CLAMPS TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE
A method of assembling a furniture piece includes aligning a first side end with a first side of a frame, inserting a plurality of alignment pins on the first side into a plurality of alignment holes on the first side end, latching a plurality of spring-loaded latches on the first side end with a plurality of receivers on the first side of the frame, aligning a second side end with a second side of the frame, inserting a plurality of alignment pins on the second side into a plurality of alignment holes on the second side end and latching a plurality of spring-loaded latches on the second side end with a plurality of receivers on the second side of the frame.
Mounting bracket
A mounting bracket for connecting two objects to one another. The mounting bracket includes an elongate protruding tongue element configured to be inserted in a cylindrical recess in one of the objects. The tongue element has one recess contacting side. A cross section of the tongue element on the recess contacting side is a circle sector with a radius, the other side of the tongue element being adapted to engage with a locking device. The locking device includes a cylinder and a lever connected to the cylinder. The cylinder is configured to be arranged in the recess adjacent the tongue element. The cylinder is configured to act as a cam when the cylinder is turned about its axis in the recess using the lever such that the cylinder is turned from a mounting position to a locking position in which a part of the locking surface pushes the tongue element such that the recess contacting side of the tongue element is in a pressing fit against the side of the recess.
