A motion guide device (1) includes: a track body that extends in a longitudinal direction; a movable body (20) that is mounted on the track body and is movable along the track body; an encoder scale that is disposed at the track body in the longitudinal direction; a sensor (50) that is disposed opposite to the encoder scale; and a folder (60) that is disposed at an end face of the movable body (20) in the longitudinal direction, houses the sensor (50) in a width direction of the track body, and holds the sensor such that the sensor faces the encoder scale.

A sensor device for a rolling path insert of a track guide can be loaded by rolling bodies and is pressure-sensitive. The sensor device includes at least one tuple, extending in a rolling direction, of a number of sensors, which can each be signal-connected or are signal-connected to an evaluation device, by means of which a relevant difference signal can be determined from sensor signals of sensor pairs of the at least one tuple. The sensor device can be included in a rolling path insert, a guide carriage and a guide rail for a track guide, and a track guide.
LINEAR GUIDEWAY, SLIDING MODULE THEREOF, AND CIRCULATION SEAT THEREOF
A linear guideway, a sliding module thereof, and a circulation seat thereof are provided. The circulation seat has two sliding channels and can be assembled to a slider. The circulation seat includes two turning segments, two outer rail segments, and two inner rail segments. Each of the two turning segments has a layout surface arranged adjacent to the slider and an oil multi-channel recessed in the layout surface and being in spatial communication with the two sliding channels. Two ends of each of the two outer rail segments are respectively connected to the two turning segments. Two ends of each of the two inner rail segments are respectively connected to the two turning segments. Each of the two outer rail segments is connected to one of the two inner rail segments through the two turning segments so as to jointly form one of the two sliding channels.
LINEAR ROLLER PROFILE RAIL GUIDE WITH A PLURALITY OF PARALLEL CIRCULATING ROWS OF ROLLERS TO REDUCE STROKE PULSATIONS
A linear roller profile rail guide includes a profile guide rail with at least four roller running track surfaces and a guide carriage moveable in the longitudinal direction of the rail with at least four roller running track surfaces formed on a main body. At least four full complement roller deflection devices are arranged on the guide carriage, each for rows of rollers arranged next to each other. In a roller circulation channel of one roller deflection device, when the guide carriage moves in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the rollers of first and second rows of rollers circulate next to each other along a ring-shaped closed roller orbit respectively parallel to a predetermined first plane. A separating web is arranged in the roller circulation channel of the respective roller deflection device, which extends between the first and second rows and spatially separates first from second row rollers.
MOTION GUIDE APPARATUS
Provided is a motion guide apparatus capable of making the movement of rolling elements excellent and improving the durability of a recirculation groove of a block. A motion guide apparatus (1) includes: a rail member (2) including a rolling groove (7); a block (4) including a recirculation groove (5) having a rolling groove (8) facing the rolling groove (7) of the rail member (2), a return groove (9), and a turn groove (10); and a plurality of rolling elements (3) placed in the recirculation groove (5). The rolling elements (3) are picked up, sandwiched between the turn groove (10) of the block (4) and the rolling groove (7) of the rail member (2). A lid member (11) that blocks a part of the turn groove (10) and the return groove (9) is mounted on the block (4).
