DAIRY PRODUCT AND PROCESS
Heat-treated, shelf-stable liquid nutritional compositions comprising whey protein and non-whey protein, and methods of producing and using these compositions. The compositions have a pH of from about 6.0 to about 8.0, a total protein content of at least about 6 g per 100 mL of the composition. The whey protein comprises or is provided by an ingredient that comprises heat-denaturable protein of which at least about 55% is present in a denatured state, and the non-whey protein comprises or consists of casein, or one or more non-dairy proteins, or casein and one or more non-dairy proteins.
ACETIC ACID-CONTAINING SEASONING LIQUID
An acetic acid-containing seasoning liquid includes acetic acid; at least one free amino acid selected from nine kinds of free amino acid groups consisting of valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine, and arginine; and a free amino acid other than the free amino acid groups. The acetic acid is contained in an amount of 0.1% by mass or more. A total content mass ratio of the nine kinds of free amino acid groups to total free amino acids is in a range of 0.20 to 0.70. A content mass ratio of the total free amino acids to the acetic acid is in a range of 0.01 to 0.30.

Process for preparing mixtures comprising vanillin and ethyl vanillin
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a mixture comprising vanillin and ethyl vanillin which process comprises the steps of (i) mixing at least vanillin powder and ethyl vanillin powder, (ii) keeping the mixture obtained in step (i) in a vessel in order to let the vanillin and ethyl vanillin agglomerate, and (iii) breaking down at least one agglomerate obtained in step (ii) into smaller particles. The present invention also relates to a powdery mixture comprising vanillin and ethyl vanillin obtained by the process according to the present invention.
Slush
A slush beverage formulation and method for preparing same that, once reaching a steady-state temperature in a freezer, results in a pourable slush. The pourable slush is obtained by formulating to a specific range of ingredient content, dependent on the alcohol content of the end product. In a preferred form, an ice-nucleating agent and/or an ice-particle-shape-controlling ingredient are added.
