LINEAR MOTION GUIDE UNIT
20210190141 · 2021-06-24 ·

A linear motion guide unit has sleeves which form return passages and are formed of a high temperature resistant resin material which allows use in a high temperature environment. In the linear motion guide unit, spaces serving as grease pools are formed in the sleeves inserted into insertion holes of a carriage. The sleeves are formed of a thermoplastic resin whose heat distortion temperature is higher than 80° C. Each sleeve is formed by combining split circular members obtained by dividing a cylindrical member into two pieces along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of grooves which become spaces are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the sprit circular members through cutting orthogonal to a parting plane between the split circular members.

LARGE ROLLER BEARING

The invention relates to a large rolling bearing, more particularly an open-center large rolling bearing, comprising two concentric running rings, between which a plurality of rolling elements is provided in a bearing gap, which rolling elements roll on at least two raceways. More particularly, the bearing gap between the running rings and/or between at least one running ring and the rolling elements is at least partially filled with a solid lubricant, which comprises a polymer matrix and a lubricant embedded therein.

ROLLING BEARING AND CAGE

A rolling bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements, and a cage. The cage includes an annular body, a plurality of cage prongs, and guide portions placed inward of the cage prongs in the radial direction of the cage such that the guide portions extend from a radially inner part of the annular body toward a second side in the axial direction of the cage, the guide portions being configured to position the cage by making contact with an inner ring raceway. The cage has a groove so as to connect pockets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, the groove being configured such that lubricant is present in the groove and a groove width of the groove is increased in the radial direction in the center of the groove in the circumferential direction.

CAGELESS FULL-COMPLEMENT ANTI-FRICTION BEARING AND PLANETARY GEARBOX HAVING SUCH AN ANTI-FRICTION BEARING
20210040986 · 2021-02-11 · ·

A full-complement anti-friction bearing is disclosed which includes a plurality of rolling elements, an inner bearing body in the form of a shaft or an axle with a cylindrical outer diameter, and an outer bearing body arranged concentrically with the latter and having an inner bore. In an exemplary embodiment, all rolling elements have the same outer diameter and are arranged between the inner bearing body and the outer bearing body in such a way that the rolling elements roll on the outer diameter of the inner bearing body and on the inner bore of the outer bearing body, the outer bearing body being thus rotatably supported relative to the inner bearing body. In addition, the full-complement anti-friction bearing is configured without a cage.

A rolling-element bearing unit for use in a motor vehicle wheel or in a motorbike rocker arm includes outer and inner raceway elements and a set of rolling elements between the inner and outer raceway elements such that the inner and outer raceway elements are pivotable or rotatable relative to each other and also a lubricant reservoir body in the bearing interior for storing and dispensing a lubricant, the body including bridge elements extending between adjacent pairs of the rolling elements and a side ring connecting the bridge elements.

LUBRICATION DEVICE AND CAM MECHANISM PROVIDED WITH LUBRICATION DEVICE
20210025487 · 2021-01-28 ·

The present invention provides a lubrication device for coating a lubricant onto the outer circumferential surface of a bearing. A lubrication device comprises a housing and a lubrication member that is accommodated within the housing. A bearing crosses and passes through the lubrication member so that an outer circumferential surface of the bearing comes into contact with an inner surface of the lubrication member, and due to this configuration, it becomes possible for the lubricant to be coated onto the outer circumferential surface of the bearing.

A vacuum pump lubricant supply system has a lubricant reservoir and a wicking element. The body portion has opposed major surfaces and a finger. The lubricant reservoir has a major surface engaging one of the opposed major surfaces of the body portion so that lubricant can migrate through the engaging major surfaces into the body portion. The finger projects from the body portion to engage a lubricant transfer device provided on a rotor shaft so that lubricant can wick from the body portion to the lubricant transfer device via the finger. The body portion has an edge provided with a cut-out so that the major surface of the body portion that engages the major surface of the lubricant container has a total surface area that is less than the total surface area of the major surface of the lubricant container.
