Oil discharging system for main shaft bearing of wind turbine generator
An oil discharging system for a main shaft bearing of a wind turbine generator, includes: a main shaft bearing, a bearing seal, a bearing end cover, a waste oil through hole, at least one thumb wheel; the bearing seal is sleeved to an end of the main shaft bearing, the bearing end cover is engaged with the bearing seal to encircle the outside of the bearing seal; the waste oil through hole is provided on the bearing end cover; the at least one thumb wheel is provided on the bearing seal, enables the waste oil been discharged from the waste oil through hole after the thumb wheel acts upon. Since the thumb wheel rotates with the main shaft bearing, so that the waste oil discharge from the waste oil through hole effectively, thus pollutions to the wind turbine generator and surroundings thereof are reduced.
LINEAR GUIDEWAY WITH A SELF-LUBRICATING ASSEMBLY
A self-lubricating assembly for a linear guideway comprises two oil containers and at least a connector. Each of the oil containers has a body, at least one absorber, and a flexible lubricating element. A holding groove for accommodating the lubricant is formed inside the body, the outside of the body is formed with a rail contacting portion and a connecting portion. The absorber is disposed in the holding groove for sucking the lubricant. The flexible lubricating element is disposed firmly in the rail contacting portion, and at least a part of the flexible lubricating element is extended to the holding groove for sucking the lubricant. The diffusion velocity of the lubricant in the absorber is faster than the diffusion velocity of the lubricant in the flexible lubricating element. At least a connector connects the connecting portions of the oil containers, so the lubricant flows between the two oil containers.
Lubrication system for a pitch bearing of a wind turbine
A lubrication system for a pitch bearing of a wind turbine includes a lubricant for lubricating contact surfaces between an outer race, an inner race, and a plurality of rolling elements of the pitch bearing. Further, the lubrication system includes a lubricant inlet formed into a first side of the inner race and an inlet seal for sealing the lubricant inlet so as to prevent the lubricant from leaking from the lubricant inlet. Moreover, the lubrication system includes a lubricant outlet formed into an opposing, second side of the inner race and a lubricant collection container arranged adjacent to and in fluid communication with the lubricant outlet and mounted to the inner race. Thus, during operation of the wind turbine, at least one of a slope of the pitch bearing, gravity, and a centrifugal effect cause the lubricant to flow throughout the pitch bearing to lubricate the contact surfaces without exiting a closed volume defined by the inlet seal(s) and the lubricant collection container(s).
Rolling bearing device
A rolling bearing device includes a rolling bearing and an oil supply unit. The oil supply unit includes a lubrication oil tank, a pump which sucks lubrication oil from the lubrication oil tank and discharges the lubrication oil from a discharge porta driving section which drives the pump and a generator section which supplies the driving section with electric energy. The oil supply unit is attached to a fixed-ring-side member of the rolling bearing or a spacer adjacent to the rolling bearing. The oil supply unit further includes a communication unit which transmits operation information of the oil supply unit to an outside.
Bearing seal and a bearing with the same
A bearing seal is suitable for sealing a space between a first rotating body and a second rotating body of a bearing. The first radial end of the bearing seal is arranged on the first rotating body and forms a contact seal with the first rotating body, the second radial end of the bearing seal is arranged close to the second rotating body and forms a non-contact seal with respect to the second rotating body. A plurality of lubricant storage cavities arranged on the inner surface of the bearing seal facing the rolling elements of the bearing. A bearing providing the bearing seal as described above.
LINEAR GUIDEWAY AND END MODULE THEREOF
A linear guideway and an end module thereof are provided. The end module includes a cap and a circulation sheet. The cap includes a transverse segment and two lateral segments that are respectively connected to two ends of the transverse segment. The circulation sheet is engaged in the transverse segment and the two lateral segments so as to jointly define an oil injection channel. The circulation sheet and the two lateral segments jointly define a plurality of turning channels. When a lubricating oil is injected into the oil injection channel of the end module, the circulation sheet absorbs a part of the lubricating oil and expands so as to be tightly fitted to the transverse segment and the two lateral segments of the cap.
