MACHINE WITH A SYSTEM FOR AXIAL BLOCKING OF THE SHAFT
A machine including at least one bearing mount; at least one bearing carried by the bearing mount, the bearing comprising inner and outer races and rolling elements between the races; a shaft engaged in the bearing, axially blocked relative to the inner race; a pushrod cover arranged on one side of the bearing, having a surface opposite the bearing and having, on its radially outer edge, a bead of material in contact with the outer race; at least one push element movable transversely to the axis of rotation (X) of the shaft in order to exert a pressure on said surface of the push rod cover in order to press it against the outer race and axially block said outer race.
SEAL
Provided is a seal for a bearing arrangement for sealing an interior space between at least two parts of the bearing arrangement rotatable relatively to each other, and in which the interior space contains a lubricant, whereby the seal includes a seal part which is shaped for conveying the lubricant with a direction component pointing into the interior space.
ROTOR BEARING WITH A MAGNETICALLY COUPLED BEARING COVER
A support structure associated with a nacelle of a wind turbine, wherein the support structure includes a bearing having an outer ring and an inner ring is provided. The bearing is surrounded by a bearing housing and a bearing cover. The bearing cover is coupled to the bearing magnetically. In some embodiments, the bearing cover may be coupled to the outer ring of the bearing by bolting. The thickness of the outer ring of the bearing may be increased to accommodate one or more protrusions. The protrusions are composed of a magnetic material and configured to receive a bearing cover.
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BEARING DEVICE, AND BEARING DEVICE
A manufacturing method for a bearing device includes a first coating process of applying a coating all over an outer ring member solely, a removal process of, after the first coating process, removing part of the coating by machining the outer ring member for forming an outer raceway surface with which rolling elements come into rolling contact, an assembling process of assembling the coated outer ring member, an inner shaft member, the rolling elements, and a cage into an assembly, and a second coating process of applying a coating to a required portion of the inner shaft member in the assembly.
ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing includes: inner and outer rings; a plurality of balls; a retainer configured to retain the plurality of balls; and a seal member attached to the outer ring and configured to close a bearing space between the inner ring and the outer ring. The seal member is a contact seal including a lip configured to come into contact with the seal groove. The seal groove has an outer groove wall surface which is an inclined surface which is inclined toward an outer diametric side as the inclined surface extends outward in an axial direction. The lip has a tip end part having a round shape so that the tip end part contacts the outer groove wall surface of the seal groove at from 80 to 100. The outer groove wall surface has an inclination angle of from 55 to 65 with respect to the axial direction.
Rolling element bearing
A rolling element bearing having a first ring element, a second ring element (3), a plurality of rolling elements arranged in a space between the first and the second ring elements such that the first and the second ring elements can rotate relative each other around a rotational axle. The bearing further includes a sealing ring for sealing off a circumferential opening of the space between the first and the second ring element. The sealing ring is connected to the first ring element and further arranged to rotate relative the second ring element of the rolling element bearing. The sealing ring provides a power generating system that provides at least one pick-up element arranged to generate electrical power when the rolling element bearing rotates. The power generating system is located completely within the circumferential opening of the space.
Bearing lock, bearing assembly and associated method
A lock for use with an assembly is provided. The assembly includes an inner race having a bore with a generally tapered periphery. The bearing assembly supports a shaft. The bearing lock includes a sleeve having a generally cylindrical internal periphery adapted for cooperation with the shaft and a generally tapered external periphery that cooperates with the bore. The sleeve conforms from a first condition whereby the internal periphery defines a first diameter to a second condition whereby the internal periphery defines a second diameter different than the first. The bearing lock also includes a collar that cooperates with the sleeve to urge the sleeve from the first condition to the second condition. The collar conforms from a first condition whereby the generally cylindrical internal periphery defines a first diameter to a second condition whereby the internal periphery defines a second diameter substantially different than the first.
PLANETARY GEAR FOR A TRANSMISSION FOR AN AIRCRAFT CAPABLE OF HOVERING
A description is provided of a planetary gear comprising a sun rotatable around a first axis, a crown angularly fixed with respect to the first axis; two satellites that are meshing, rotatable around respective second axes; a satellite carrier rotatable around the first axis and comprising at least two first pins with respect to which the satellites are rotatable around respective second axes (I); and a plurality of bearings comprising: a first ring defining a first raceway that is at least partially spherical; a second ring defining a second raceway; and a plurality of rolling bodies shaped as an hourglass rolling on the first spherical raceway and a second raceway; each rolling body being in contact with the raceways at a line with axial ends lying on respective straight lines tilted between them and converging in a point lying on a median plane of the rolling body and on the second axis; the straight lines define a first angle, whose bisector lies on the first median.
Cartridge bearing with bearing grease setting member
A bearing assembly for a vehicle includes an inner race having an interior surface and an exterior surface, an outer race having an interior surface and an exterior surface, a first sealing member disposed between the inner race and the outer race, the first sealing member having a sealing surface adjacent to the interior surface of the outer race, and a second sealing member disposed radially inward of the first sealing member and adjacent to a shoulder surface of the outer race, wherein the first sealing member permits grease bleed-off from the bearing prior to the first sealing member setting against the second sealing member.
