Sealing apparatus
A sealing apparatus includes a sealing apparatus body attached to an outer ring of a hub bearing, and a slinger attached to a hub, and the sealing apparatus body includes a reinforcement ring and an elastic body portion. The elastic body portion includes seal lips contacting the slinger, and a labyrinth lip forming a gap from the slinger. The slinger includes a slinger cylinder portion, a slinger flange portion, a slinger bent portion, and a slinger extended portion, and the slinger bent portion and the slinger extended portion form a labyrinth seal L1, having gaps between the elastic body portion and the outer ring.
ROLLING BEARING DEVICE
A rolling bearing device includes a rolling bearing, partially submerged in lubricating oil stored in an oil pocket provided in a vertically lower portion of a housing to a level corresponding to a part of an annular space, an annular shielding member, and an annular seal component. The shielding member has an oil drain portion for drainage of the lubricating oil in the annular space to the outside of the rolling bearing at a vertical level above an oil level of the lubricating oil stored in the oil pocket when the rotary shaft is stationary The oil drain portion has an inclined groove having an inclined surface inclined away from the rolling bearing and an opening provided in an outer end portion at a distal end of the inclined surface. The inclined groove is tapered toward a vertical top of the shielding member when viewed in the axial direction.
Sealing device for a rolling bearing
A sealing device for a rolling bearing having two annular screens constrained to the rings of the rolling bearing. Each annular screen having a respective seal made of an elastomer and provided with a respective first and second number of non-contacting annular sealing lips arranged obliquely with respect to an axis of symmetry of the sealing device that extend away from the axis of symmetry and define between them a winding path to hinder any entry of washing liquids or other impurities into the rolling bearing and facilitate at the same time the expulsion of washing liquids or other impurities which may have infiltrated along the path.
Wheel and scooter
A wheel is assembled and fitted with a frame of the scooter, and includes a bearing support, a hub, at least one bearing and a hollow area. The bearing support includes an inner surface facing towards a rotation center of the wheel. Each bearing includes an outer ring and an inner ring, the outer ring is fixedly connected to the hub, and the inner ring and the frame are fixedly connected to the bearing support, respectively. The hollow area is surrounded by the inner surface.
FASTENING FOR A SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR FOOD APPLICATIONS
A sealing system includes a casing with an internal seat, a front edge, an opening, and a radially external lateral surface defining an annular seat. The annular seat includes an annular groove axially spaced from the front edge, itself including one or more mechanical stops, and a plurality of axial grooves connected to the annular groove and interrupting radially at least part of the front edge. The annular groove defines a bottom wall provided with projections spaced from one another and defining depressions, the projections circumferentially offset from the axial grooves. The sealing system further includes a cover with a bottom wall and an annular coupling portion. A radially inner surface of the annular coupling portion includes teeth projecting radially inward and spaced circumferentially from each other. The annular seat is configured to receive the at least one pair of teeth of the annular coupling portion of the cover.
SEALING CAP OR COMPONENT OF A SEALING DEVICE FOR A ROLLER BEARING, ASSOCIATED ROLLER BEARING, IN PARTICULAR FOR A HUB BEARING UNIT, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A sealing system for a roller bearing including a first annular shield and a first sealing cover. A first face of each that includes a coupling surface that is covered with a rubbery coating made of a synthetic rubber. The coupling surface of the first annular shield is coupled to a corresponding coupling surface of a rotating ring of the roller bearing, and the coupling surface of the first sealing cover is coupled to a corresponding coupling surface of an outer ring of the roller bearing. Each of the first annular shield and the first sealing cover is pressed from a metal sheet with a first face entirely rubberized with the rubbery coating.
Transmission shaft and peripheral structure
A transmission shaft and peripheral structure comprises a first rotating shaft, a bearing, a first frame, a second rotating shaft, a second frame, a first gasket and a second gasket. The bearing is connected to the first rotating shaft. The first frame is connected to the bearing. The second rotating shaft is used for driving the first rotating shaft when the second rotating shaft rotates. The second frame is connected to the second rotating shaft. The first gasket is disposed under the bearing to cover the gap below the bearing. The second gasket is disposed above the bearing to cover the gap above the bearing. Silicone oil is filled between the first gasket and the bearing and between the second gasket and the bearing.
Roller Bearing Seal Assembly and a Component Thereof
In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a roller bearing seal assembly is provided that includes a seal case and a rotor having a unitary, one-piece construction. The rotor is connected to the seal case and is rotatable relative to the seal case about an axis. The seal case and rotor include interfering portions that limit axial separation of the rotor and the seal case. In one embodiment, the rotor and seal case include at least one snap-fit connection that permits the rotor and seal case to be readily assembled. The at least one snap-fit connection includes the interfering portions which inhibit axial separation of the rotor and seal case after the rotor and seal case have been assembled.
Wheel bearing apparatus
A wheel bearing apparatus has a seal (8) with a metal core (15) and a sealing member (6). The sealing member (6) has a first side lip (16a), a second side lip (16b) and a third side lip (19c). The first side lip (16a) opposes a metal annulus (17) via an axial gap. The second side lip (16b) is in sliding contact with a base (18), via an axial interference. The third side lip (19a) covers the outer surface of the metal core (15). The tip end of the third side lip (19a) is formed with a vertically flat surface opposing the inner-side surface (4b) of the wheel mounting flange (4, 28), via an axial gap (S1), to form a first labyrinth seal (20). The outer edge of the metal annulus (17) opposes the sealing member (6), via an axial gap, to form a second labyrinth seal (25).
