Natural dairy based creamers and method of making the same
Natural premium dairy based creamers for providing whitening and indulgent texture/mouthfeel of beverage and food products are provided. The creamers have good stability for 4 months at refrigeration, high whitening capacity and a pleasant mouthfeel when added to beverage or food, while being free from artificial additives. In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides a creamer free of any artificial additives and comprising added sugar, milk fat, optionally vegetable oil, milk proteins including sweet buttermilk powder, gellan gum and optionally guar gum, and optionally natural flavors.
COMPOSITIONS OF LIPASES AND PREGASTRIC ESTERASES FOR MAMMALIA NUTRITION SUPPORT
Compositions and methods are disclosed containing lingual lipase or another pregastric esterase as a nutritional composition for use in neonatal mammals or mammals with fat maldigestion. The compositions may be used as a stand-alone feed, or an additive to milk, milk or replacers. The composition may also include micronutrients, macronutrients, and bioactive dietary components for neonate mammals or mammals of any age with fat maldigestion Mammals include ruminants, porcines, horses, camelids, dogs, cats, or humans. Lingual lipase or pregastric esterase as a nutritional supplement may substantially improve the digestion of fats in mammals unable to effectively digest fats. The lingual lipase or esterase is preferably from an animal source. The composition may contain butterfat, micellar casein, whey, non-denatured proteins, and a source of lactose. Methods of treating fat maldigestion with the compositions are also disclosed.

Composition and Methods for Treating Acute Diarrhea and Enteric
The composition may be used therapeutically or prophylactically and is directed toward a cluster of diarrhea-causing pathogens which cause illness or death in animals, including dogs and cats. It is prepared from a powdered egg preparation and powdered protein matrix, such as bovine colostrum. The eggs are collected from hens which have been immunized with the relevant pathogens or toxins. When the matrix includes colostrum, the powdered colostrum is derived from non-hyperimmune cattle. The vaccination strategy includes the use of antibody cross-reactivity between toxins or pathogens which cause diarrhea. For some diseases, including canine parvo, the clinical improvement using this therapeutic exceeds the standard of care. Instead of a pharmaceutical product, this composition is an orally administered food product with the same safety profile as eggs and milk.

DAIRY PRODUCT AND PROCESS
The invention relates to a liquid nutritional composition comprising (a) 2-25% by weight of a calcium-depleted milk protein concentrate (MPC) that has undergone a heat treatment to at least 80 C. and has between 15-45% by weight of the calcium removed; (b) 0-30% by weight fat; (c) 5-45% by weight carbohydrate; wherein the nutritional composition has a viscosity of less than 200 cP at a temperature of 20 C. and shear rate of 100s.sup.1, and has an energy density of at least 0.5 kcal/ml, and wherein protein provides 10-40% of the total energy content of the composition. Also provided is a powdered composition dispersible in water to form the liquid composition.
