Rotor-integrated separating clutch with two-stage clutch transmission

A rotor-integrated disconnect clutch for a hybrid module with a rotor, comprising a clutch disc axially arranged to be non-rotatably secured between a counter plate and an axially movable pressure plate, wherein a first lever element such as a diaphragm spring is pivotable about a bearing point and in operative connection with the pressure plate, for instance via a pressure plate tab, to transmit force, wherein an actuator such as an electrical concentric actuator for at least indirectly causes the first element to pivot about the bearing point, wherein a second lever element is disposed between the first actuator and the first lever element to have a force transmitting effect there between. The invention further relates to a drive train including a hybrid module with a disconnect clutch of this type.

Vehicle input shafts are disclosed. The vehicle input shafts include a bearing boss, a spline portion, a cylindrical shaft body portion and a drive end. The spline portion includes spline teeth and spline grooves that do not exit directly onto the shaft body. Instead, the spline grooves include blend out fillets that interrupt the spline grooves by providing additional material near the shaft body. The bearing boss includes an increased diameter at a central point along its axial length and decreased diameters at its first and second boss ends.

Twin Plate Separation Systems

A twin plate separation system, comprising a pressure plate, an intermediate plate facing the pressure plate, and a spring separator assembly. The spring separator assembly comprises a mounting extending out from the intermediate plate towards the pressure plate. A spring surrounds the mounting, and the spring is biased to push the pressure plate and the intermediate plate apart. The mounting or another fixture can secure at least one drive strap to the intermediate plate. Alternatively, the mounting extends out of the pressure plate towards the intermediate plate, and the spring surrounds the mounting and is biased to push the pressure plate and the intermediate plate apart. In this alternative, the intermediate plate does not comprise a hole for receiving the mounting.

BEARING ARRANGEMENT FOR AN INTERMEDIATE SHAFT IN A DECOUPLING CLUTCH FOR A HYBRID MODULE, HAVING SEPARATE AXIAL AND RADIAL SUPPORT

The invention relates to a decoupling clutch for a hybrid module of a motor vehicle, having an intermediate shaft which is drivable by a crankshaft, a clutch disk which is connected non-rotatingly to the intermediate shaft, a counter-pressure plate which is connectible to a transmission input shaft, which counter-pressure plate is connected non-rotatingly to the clutch disk at least when the decoupling clutch is in the engaged position, a first roller bearing which supports the intermediate shaft at least radially, and a carrier element which is prepared for radial support of a rotor of an electric motor, wherein the first roller bearing is arranged nested radially between a supporting section of the carrier element and an external circumferential surface of the intermediate shaft, as well as a hybrid module having such a decoupling clutch.
