Damper assembly
A damper assembly includes a pressure tube defining a chamber. The damper assembly includes a body supported by the pressure tube. The body has a first surface and a second surface opposite and spaced from the first surface along an axis. The body defines a passage extending from the first surface to the second surface. The damper assembly includes an orifice disc movable from an unflexed position to a first flexed position and movable from the first flexed position to a second flexed position. The orifice disc in the unflexed position is spaced from the first surface radially outward and radially inward of the passage. The orifice disc in the first flexed position is spaced from the first surface radially outward of the passage and abuts the first surface radially inward of the passage. The orifice disc in the second flexed position abuts the first surface radially outward and radially inward of the passage.

Hydraulic shock absorber
A hydraulic shock absorber including a housing and an absorber unit. The absorber unit is movable relative to the housing in the axis direction of an absorber unit middle axis A-A and includes a piston which is arranged on a piston rod and which subdivides the housing into a first and a second working space which is filled with damping fluid.

SHOCK ABSORBER
Disclosed is a shock absorber including: a cylinder which is filled with a working fluid; a piston which is slidably provided in the cylinder and divides an inside of the cylinder into two chambers; a piston rod which is connected to the piston and extends outside the cylinder; a first passage and a second passage through which the working fluid flows due to movement of the piston; a first damping force generating mechanism which is provided in the first passage and generates a damping force; and a second damping force generating mechanism which is provided in the second passage and generates a damping force. The second damping force generating mechanism includes a sub valve provided on one side of the second passage, and a volume variable mechanism that changes a volume of a volume chamber provided in parallel with the second passage.

PRESSURE BALANCED POPPETT WITH CHECK
Described herein is a pressure balanced valve comprising: an armature, wherein the armature has an inlet channel, at least one aperture, and a pressure feedback pin disposed within a hollow interior of the armature, a poppet slidably disposed within the hollow interior and around the pressure feedback pin to enable fluid communication between the pressure feedback pin and the poppet, the poppet and the pressure feedback pin cooperatively comprising the pressure balanced valve, wherein the poppet has at least one channel therethrough, and a biasing spring fit to bias the poppet towards closing the inlet channel.
DAMPING FORCE VARIABLE VALVE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a damping force variable valve assembly capable of improving linearity of a damping force through pressure control by being provided as a poppet type built in a shock absorber and by improving the responsiveness so that a check valve responds and opens quickly by a minimum load.

Shock absorber
A shock absorber includes a bearing unit having a bearing and a bearing holding member, and a seal unit having a seal member and a seal holding member. The seal holding member includes a seal accommodating portion being configured to accommodate the seal member, and an insertion hole through which a piston rod is inserted. The seal member is pressed against an outer circumferential surface of the piston rod and the seal accommodating portion by working-fluid pressure in the extension-side chamber. And the bearing is provided such that a first end surface of the bearing facing the seal member matches an aperture plane of a through hole of the bearing holding member or such that the first end surface of the bearing projects out from the aperture plane of the through hole.
