HYDRAULIC MOUNT ASSEMBLY AND A POWERTRAIN THAT UTILIZES THE HYDRAULIC MOUNT ASSEMBLY
A hydraulic mount assembly includes a mount body defining a cavity. A powertrain includes a dynamic mass, and a structure that supports the dynamic mass. The assembly is attached to the structure and supports the dynamic mass. A first plate is fixed relative to the mount body inside the cavity to separate the cavity into a first chamber and a second chamber. The first plate defines a plurality of first passages that fluidly connects the first and second chambers. A decoupler is disposed between the first and second chambers. An actuator is coupled to the first plate. The decoupler is movable in response to actuation of the actuator. The decoupler abuts the first plate when in a locked position to prevent fluid communication through the first passages. The decoupler is movable relative to the first plate when in an unlocked position to allow fluid communication through the first passages.
Fluid-filled vibration-damping device
A fluid-filled vibration-damping device including: a pressure-receiving chamber with a non-compressible fluid filled therein; an equilibrium chamber with the non-compressible fluid filled therein; an orifice passage connecting the pressure-receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber with each other; a relief configured to open a short-circuit passage by an action of a negative pressure occurring in the pressure-receiving chamber upon input of an impact load so as to connect the pressure-receiving chamber with the equilibrium chamber so that cavitation is suppressed; and at least one leak passage provided at a part of the short-circuit passage in the relief, the at least one leak passage keeping a communication state between the pressure-receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber with a smaller passage cross section than that of the orifice passage, even when the short-circuit passage is not opened.
Hydraulic mount
The invention relates to a hydraulic mount, including a hydraulic mount for mounting a motor vehicle engine on a vehicle body. In embodiments, the hydraulic mount includes: a hydraulic module with a support spring that supports a mount core, surrounds a working chamber, and is supported on an outer ring on which a cover is fixed, a compensation chamber which is separated from the working chamber by an intermediate plate and is delimited by a compensation membrane, wherein the compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a damping liquid and are connected with each other in a liquid-conducting manner via a damping channel arranged in the intermediate plate; and a housing accommodating the hydraulic module. In embodiments, the outer ring includes a radial projection with a rubber-lined axial abutment surface and a non-rubber-lined radial outer surface.

A household appliance support and a household appliance are disclosed. The household appliance support comprises: a hydraulic plate; a sheath, being fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate; a regulating foot, being arranged in the sheath and axially movable relative to the sheath and provided with a supporting end part in supportable contact with a supporting surface; an accommodation chamber, being formed by the hydraulic plate, the sheath and the regulating foot; a hydraulic medium, being accommodated in the accommodation chamber in a sealed manner, wherein under the effect of a pressure, the hydraulic medium is compressed or expanded to drive the regulating foot to move axially in the sheath for leveling; and a damping element, being embedded and mounted on the supporting end part of the regulating foot, to increase the supporting damping force between the regulating foot and the supporting surface.
Active damper
An active damper is disclosed which includes: an elastic support body; a first wall section provided at the elastic support body and defines a first liquid chamber; a second wall section provided on an opposite side and defines a second liquid chamber; a partition wall section which separates the first liquid chamber from the second liquid chamber; an orifice in the partition wall section for communication between the first and second liquid chambers; and a damping unit to attenuate the vibrations transmitted from a vibrating source to the vibration-receiving part. The damping unit includes: a coil to generate a magnetic field according to a current supplied; magnetic members forming a closed magnetic circuit for the magnetic field; and a magneto-viscoelastic elastomer having a viscoelasticity changes depending on the magnetic field. At least one of the first and second wall sections, and the partition wall section has the damping unit.
HYDRAULIC BEARING FOR SUPPORTING AN ASSEMBLY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A hydraulic bearing for supporting an assembly of a motor vehicle includes a carrying bearing portion and a support portion. In embodiments, a working chamber that is fillable with hydraulic fluid is formed in the carrying bearing portion, and a compensating chamber that is fillable with hydraulic fluid is formed in the support portion. A nozzle disc, through which the flow can pass and which delimits the working chamber from the compensating chamber, may be arranged between the carrying bearing portion and the support portion, and a damping duct for the fluidic communication of the working chamber with the compensating chamber may be formed in the nozzle disc. In embodiments, the two chambers, the damping duct, and the hydraulic fluid may form a first damping system for damping vibrations of lower frequencies and a second damping system may be formed for damping vibrations of higher frequencies.
DIAPHRAGM TRANSFER DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID-FILLED VIBRATION ISOLATION MOUNT
A diaphragm transfer device sucks and transfers a diaphragm that includes a first protrusion protruding in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the diaphragm. The diaphragm transfer device is provided with: a placing table on which the diaphragm is placed in such an orientation that the first protrusion faces downward; and a suction pad that sucks the diaphragm, placed on the placing table, from above on the outer circumferential side of the protrusion. The placing table includes an annular pedestal facing an outer-circumferential-side thick portion of the diaphragm, the thick portion being sucked by the suction pad, and a second recess recessed downward on the inner diameter side of the pedestal. The whole first protrusion of the diaphragm is located inside the second recess in a top view.

A household appliance support and a household appliance are disclosed. Vertical decoupler for a hydraulic mount
A vertical decoupler assembly for a hydraulic mount including a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber includes a travel plate defining an interior space for receiving a removable vertical decoupler assembly. The vertical decoupler assembly includes an elastically deformable and tubular shaped diaphragm for dampening small vibrations across the mount. The vertical decoupler assembly may include an inner cage and an outer cage, each including a rigid, perforated, tubular wall disposed on either side of the diaphragm for limiting its radial deflection in each direction. The vertical decoupler assembly may include a rigid lower insert having an inverted cup shape with a second rim sealingly engaging the diaphragm and secured to the inner and outer cages. The decoupler diaphragm also includes a flange and a ring-shaped upper insert for nesting within and sealing against a throat at the upper end of the travel plate.
Anti-vibration device
An anti-vibration device includes: a cylinder body coupled to a vibration receiver; a support body coupled to a vibration source; an elastic body that attaches the support body to the cylinder body such that the support body is capable of moving relative to the cylinder body; a first liquid chamber sectioned by an orifice pathway and the elastic body; a second liquid chamber that a liquid flows to and from the first liquid chamber through the orifice pathway; a first gas chamber with a wall configured by a diaphragm; a second gas chamber capable of communicating with the first gas chamber; and a switching section that switches a state of communication of the first gas chamber and the second gas chamber.
