The present invention uses a bearing having one radial bearing part and two axial bearing parts, each bearing part having a plurality of rolling elements retained in a retainer. According to the inner roller feeding device, a brake motor serves as a power source, the inner roller is driven by the cam through a worm gear drive to feed along a radial direction of a workpiece, such that an inner roller mechanism is small in size, large in adjustment range and high in positioning precision.
