SHEAVE OR SPROCKET TENSION ADJUSTMENT AND ALIGNMENT TOOL
A sheave/sprocket tension adjustment and alignment tool (STAT) for adjusting alignment between a sheave/sprocket of a motor and a sheave/sprocket of an application machine includes a plate, a securing unit, and an adjusting unit. The plate has a first side and a second side, each of which is an opposite side of a plane of the plate. The securing unit is coupled to the first side of the plate and is configured to protrude in a first direction from the first side of the plate. The adjusting unit is coupled to a second side of the plate. The adjusting unit includes an adjustable protrusion that is configured to adjustably protrude in a second direction, which is substantially parallel to the plane of the plate.

A belt tension adjustment device includes a driving pulley attached to a power transmission shaft, a driven pulley arranged in a driven device, a tension pulley, a loop belt arranged between the driving pulley, the driven pulley, and the tension pulley, and configured to transmit a rotational driving force of the power transmission shaft to the driven device, and a tension adjustment mechanism to adjust tension of the loop belt. The tension adjustment mechanism includes a support shaft rotatably supported, a rotational operation mechanism to rotate the support shaft about an axis of the support shaft, and a rotating member coupling the support shaft and the tension pulley, configured to change a relative position of the tension pulley with respect to the driving pulley and the driven pulley in accordance with rotating of the support shaft.
Apparatus for Drive Belt Tensioning
A mounting apparatus incorporates a dedicated physical feature configured for attachment of a tensioning tool, for tensioning of a drive belt having one of its belt pulleys carried by the mounting apparatus. In an example embodiment, the mounting apparatus comprises a body member, e.g., a mounting plate, for a pulley assembly. The body member incorporates a dedicated physical feature that is configured for engagement with a tensioning tool, for pulling the body member in a tensioning direction relative to the involved belt. The mounting apparatus comprises, for an example, an interior component of a robot, and is mounted within an interior volume of a segment of the robot, for tensioning of a drive belt carried within the interior volume.
Device and method for tensioning a belt of a video camera assembly
A device for tensioning a belt of a video camera assembly, including a belt tensioner terminal and an elastic thrust element operating on the belt tensioner terminal for thrusting the belt tensioner terminal against the belt. The device further includes an adjustment element for determining an adjustable positioning of the belt tensioner terminal with respect to the belt and at least one constraint element for operating between a rest condition, where it does not constrain the positioning of the belt tensioner terminal, and a constraint condition, where it constrains in position the belt tensioner terminal. The adjustment element is operatively connected to the thrust element in a removable way. Advantageously, the thrust element and the adjustment element share a same operative direction, the at least one constraint element operating or developing along a direction which is orthogonal to said operative direction of the thrust element and of the adjustment element.

The present disclosure relates to a belt driven system. The belt driven system may include a master pulley, a slave pulley, a belt around the master pulley and the slave pulley, a tension pulley configured to tension the belt, and a position adjusting device configured to automatically adjust a position of the tension pulley based on an interaction of the tension pulley and the belt.
Idler sprocket shaft support device
An idler sprocket shaft support device for use with chain-driven equipment (e.g., snowblowers) is provided. The support device includes a spacer through which the sprocket shaft passes through, and an elongate support member coupled to the spacer and extending through an aperture in an adjacent support plate. By locking the elongate support member within the aperture in the adjacent support plate at a particular distance, the spacer also is locked thereby holding the sprocket shaft at a desired positional setting.

LOW-PROFILE DRIVE MECHANISM
A drive mechanism includes a mount block extending along an axis and a plurality of electric motors supported by the mount block. The electric motors are arranged in series along the axis to define an initial electric motor, one or more intermediate electric motors, and a final electric motor. The drive mechanism also includes a gear mounted to each of the electric motors, and an output member driven by the gear mounted to the final electric motor to receive the combined rotational torque from the gears of the series of electric motors.
Snowblower belt drive system
A snowblower belt drive system a tensioner pulley that can slide forwardly and rearwardly in a path that is substantially parallel to an endless drive belt between a drive pulley and a driven pulley. A drive belt engagement spring urges the tensioner pulley rearwardly along the slot to engage the drive pulley and driven pulley. A manual return spring urges the tensioner pulley forwardly along the slot to disengage the drive pulley and driven pulley.

This disclosure relates to methods and apparatuses of employing belts for an angular drive. A twisted geometry is applied to a first free span of the belt. A sheave supports the first free span of the belt at a first extremity of the first free span and sheave is at least one of positioning and orienting the rotating sheave or the driven sheave so as to misalign a geometric centerline of the first free span of belt at a given fleet angle with respect to a second extremity of the first free span.
