An automatic belt tensioner for a hybrid vehicle is disclosed. The automatic belt tensioner includes an arm body including an upper arm on which first and second idlers are mounted and a lower arm on which a third idler is mounted. The automatic belt tensioner further includes a spring provided between the upper arm and the lower arm and providing elastic force for relative longitudinal movement of the upper arm and the lower arm, and a rail bracket mounting the arm body on an engine and guiding relative longitudinal vertical motion of the arm body.

POWER TRANSMITTING MECHANISM AND DRIVING SYSTEM

Provided is a power transmitting mechanism for transmitting power from an actuator to an output shaft. The power transmitting mechanism includes a driving pulley configured to be rotated by the power, a driven pulley configured to transmit the power to the output shaft, a transmission belt stretched between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, and configured to transmit the power to the driven pulley, a biasing pulley supported so as to be movable in a direction intersecting a driving direction of the driving belt, and biased against the transmission belt, a first elastic member configured to elastically bias the biasing pulley against the transmission belt, a first additional pulley engaged with the transmission belt between the biasing pulley and the driving pulley, and a second additional pulley engaged with the transmission belt between the biasing pulley and the driven pulley.

A rotation mixer including a housing, a drive unit coupled to the housing, a carriage mounted on the drive unit for rotation relative to the housing, and a basket mounted for rotation relative to the carriage. The basket receives material to be mixed. The carriage includes an arm and a drive line coupled to the arm. The arm is mounted on the drive unit for rotation about a first axis relative to the housing, and the drive line converts rotation of the arm into rotation of the basket about a second axis relative to the arm during use of the rotation mixer. The drive line illustratively includes a belt and plurality of pulleys upon which the belt travels in a continuous loop, the belt engaging with a gear on the basket to cause rotation of the basket.

The present invention allows the belt tensioning device to move along a single direction within the side frame of the hollow blind so that the distance between two belt gears can be gradually adjusted, thereby maintaining a proper tensioning force in the belt.
