Work vehicle and power take-off apparatus for the same
A work vehicle is provided with a support member that supports an output shaft of a wheel differential mechanism between a differential case and a planetary reduction mechanism. The support member is configured to engage the output shaft relatively immovably in a direction along the axis of the output shaft.
POWER SHIFT TRANSMISSION FOR AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
A powershift transmission for agricultural machines, which is of modular design and has a first part (1) with a splitter group (3) and a second part (2) with a multi-speed transmission (4). The splitter group (3) is designed such that the rotational direction of the input shaft (5) and the rotational direction of the output shaft (8) remain the same, even when shifts are carried out in the splitter group (3).
Driveline for a vehicle including an electric drive motor and a powershift transmission having at least two transmission stages
A method of shifting gears including providing a driveline for a vehicle. The driveline has an electric drive motor and a powershift transmission. The transmission has a first transmission stage and a second transmission stage. The method includes performing a range shift including handing over torque transmission from a range clutch of the first or second transmission to the other range clutch. The method also includes, simultaneously with the range shift, engaging one of the direction clutches of one transmission or keeping one of the direction clutches engaged.
DUAL-MOTOR ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION AND CONTROL METHOD
A dual-motor transmission therefor, comprising a first and a second electric traction motor, a first gear arrangement, a second gear arrangement, and a summation box. The first gear arrangement includes a shaft and at least a first gear and a second gear, wherein each of the first and the second gears can be selectively engaged and disengaged with the shaft via a clutch, and the first gear arrangement supplies a first torque from the first motor to the summation box. The second gear arrangement includes a shaft and at least a first gear, wherein the first gear can be engaged and disengaged with the shaft via a clutch, and the second gear arrangement supplies a second torque from the second motor to the summation box, and the summation box is configured to combine the first and second torques and to output a combined output torque.
Gearbox for vehicles
A gearbox for vehicles that include a split gearbox, a main gearbox and a range gearbox. The range gearbox is shiftable into a low range gear, a high range gear and a reverse gear. The range gearbox includes a planetary gear, which may be shifted into a reverse gear. The split gearbox and the main gearbox are together arranged to have a combined ratio spread larger than 5, in that the split gearbox and the main gearbox are together arranged to have a combined largest gear ratio over 4:1, and in that the planetary gear in the range gearbox has a gear ratio less than 4:1 when shifted into the reverse gear.
Relating to dual-clutch transmissions
A dual-clutch transmission includes an odd gears clutch, an odd gears shaft supporting at least two odd-numbered rotary gears, an even gears clutch, and an even gears shaft supporting at least two even-numbered rotary gears. A driven rotary shaft is selectively connectable to one respective said odd- or even-numbered gear at a time. The dual-clutch transmission includes first and second range selection gears to transfer drive from the driven rotary shaft to an output shaft so as selectively to permit selection of at least a first range transmission ratio or a second range transmission ratio. The dual-clutch transmission further includes a first bypass drive line to drive engagement of at least two mutually engaged bypass rotary gears with the output shaft, giving rise to a first intermediate transmission ratio.
TRANSMISSION OF AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a transmission of an agricultural vehicle, the transmission including: a forward shift unit for performing shift with respect to drive transmitted from an engine of an agricultural vehicle; a clutch unit connected to the forward shift unit so as to selectively output drive transmitted from the forward shift unit; an adjustment unit connected to the clutch unit; and a backward shift unit connected to the adjustment unit so as to perform shift with respect to drive transmitted from the adjustment unit. The adjustment unit includes: a first adjustment mechanism connected to a first clutch mechanism included in the clutch unit; a second adjustment mechanism connected to a second clutch mechanism included in the clutch unit; and an integration mechanism connected to both the first adjustment mechanism and the second adjustment mechanism. The backward shift unit includes one backward shift mechanism connected to the integration mechanism.
TRAVELING TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR TRACTOR
A front wheel clutch and a front wheel acceleration clutch are supported to a front wheel transmission shaft. Between the front wheel clutch and the front wheel acceleration clutch, there is provided a holder supporting the front wheel transmission shaft. A first operational oil passage for switching over the front wheel clutch is defined respectively in and between the holder and the front wheel transmission shaft. A second operational oil passage for switching over the front wheel acceleration clutch is defined respectively in and between the holder and the front wheel transmission shaft.
Range-change transmission device
A range-change transmission device, which is a splitter transmission, includes an input shaft, an output shaft, a countershaft, at least one planetary gear set, and a torque adjustment device. A first transmission element of the planetary gear set is arranged coaxially to the output shaft. A second transmission element of the planetary gear set is or can be directly coupled to the countershaft. A third transmission element of the planetary gear set is permanently coupled to the input shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The countershaft is or can be coupled to the torque adjustment device.
