PRESSURE EQUILIBRATING SEALING SYSTEM
A sealing system includes: a first seal including at least one first seal lip sealing against a first surface and a second surface and having a first cavity filled with a first energizer forcing the at least one first seal lip against the first surface and the second surface, the first cavity facing a first pressure region; and a second seal spaced from the first seal and having at least one second seal lip sealing against the first surface and the second surface, the second seal including a second cavity filled with a second energizer forcing the at least one second seal lip against the first surface and the second surface to separate a second pressure region from a third pressure region. The at least one second seal lip is configured to deform such that fluid pressures in the first, second, and third pressure regions equalize.
SEAL AND VALVE APPARATUS HAVING SUCH A SEAL, AS WELL AS METHOD FOR SEALING A VALVE APPARATUS
A valve apparatus, in particular a ball valve apparatus, is provided. The apparatus includes a housing device having at least one fluid port, a closure body, wherein the closure body includes an axis of rotation about which the closure body can be rotated in a direction of rotation in order to release and close the fluid port, wherein the fluid port includes a seal for sealing abutment against the closure body. The seal includes a first and a second sealing lip, wherein the sealing lips are configured such that, during operation, only one seal sealingly abuts against the closure body.

SEALING ASSEMBLY FOR BEARINGS, IN PARTICULAR FOR USE IN AGRICULTURE
A sealing assembly for bearings, in particular for use in agriculture, the sealing assembly having a first shield, which extends from an outer surface of the inner ring to an inner surface of the outer ring, and is mounted on the outer surface of the inner ring, and a seal with a plurality of contact lips supported by the first shield, and provided with a predetermined number (N) of contact lips arranged in series axially next to one another. The contact lips may lie, when in a respective pre-assembly configuration, in respective planes (P) inclined with respect to a central axis (A) of the bearing, and may have radial lengths decreasing axially towards the bearing.
SWIVEL COMPRISING A SEALING ARRANGEMENT
Disclosed is a swivel including inner and outer mutually rotatable swivel members having respective inner fluid paths communicating with each other through an annular space at an interface between the swivel members and being provided with a sealing arrangement on a side of the annular space at the interface including a peripheral groove provided in the inner and/or outer swivel member, and a sealing element received therein and arranged for static sealing against a first one of the swivel members, inside the groove and for dynamic sealing against a second one of the swivel members, a surface inside the groove in the first one of the swivel members abutting the sealing element being a textured surface extending along at least a part of one or more inner surfaces of the groove and having three-dimensional textural elements for making frictional contact with the sealing element.

Gasket
A gasket for sealing a gap between a through hole formed on a wall body and a pipe to be inserted into the through hole, the gasket being provided for the pipe and made of tubular elastic material, the gasket having an inner circumferential lip portion which elastically contacts an outer circumferential face of the pipe; and an outer circumferential lip portion which elastically contacts an inner circumferential face of the through hole; an inner seal area on an inner circumferential side where the inner circumferential lip portion is provided is located at a position so that the inner seal area does not overlap in a radial direction with an outer seal area of an outer circumferential side where the outer circumferential lip portion is provided.
Lubricating shaft seal assembly
A shaft seal assembly is configured for sealing, for example, a reciprocating axial-movement shaft. The shaft seal assembly includes an annular elastomeric seal body having at least one first sealing surface configured to sealing engage a shaft. A lubricant reservoir body includes a second sealing surface and comprises a polymer matrix having a porous structure containing micro-pores, wherein the micro-pores are filled with lubricating oil.
Piston assembly for human-powered vehicle
A piston assembly is provided for a human-powered vehicle. The piston assembly includes a main body, a primary seal and a secondary seal. The main body is configured to be movable from a rest position to an actuated position along an actuation direction in a cylinder bore. The primary seal includes a primary seal body arranged on the main body, the primary seal body being made of the first seal material. The secondary seal includes a secondary seal body arranged on the main body at upstream of the primary seal with respect to the actuation direction.
