GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR

A gas pressure regulator includes a valve body and a valve cover. The valve cover is covered on the valve body. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, and the valve cavity is connected to an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. The valve cavity includes a primary pressure regulating cavity and a secondary pressure regulating cavity, and the primary pressure regulating cavity and the secondary pressure regulating cavity are communicated with each other through a valve port. The primary pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the air inlet channel, and a valve core pressure regulating assembly is disposed between the primary pressure regulating cavity and the air inlet channel. The secondary pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the air outlet channel. A lever pressure regulating assembly is disposed between the valve port and the secondary pressure regulating cavity.

VARIABLE PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

The present disclosure relates to a valve assembly for controlling flow. The valve body has an inlet end and an outlet end. A piston is positioned within the valve body and is movable between an open position to open the valve body and a closed position to close the valve body. A spring is mounted between the piston and a spring adjustment member. A portion of the spring adjustment member is accessible through the inlet end of the valve body so as to be engageable by a tool to facilitate rotation of the spring adjustment member to vary compression of the spring to set a spring pressure rating.

A release control valve 51 has a valve element 60 including a valve body 62 which, being disposed, in a valve housing space 50 provided on a supply passage 40, so as to be movable in an axial direction of the valve housing space 50, varies the degree of opening of the communication between a control pressure chamber 4 and a branch passage 43, and a flange 63 which is abutted, in an axial direction of the valve housing space, against a shoulder 52 formed on the inner peripheral wall of the valve housing space 50, thereby sealing between the valve body 62 and the inner peripheral wall of the valve housing space 50, wherein a configuration is such that the branch passage 43 is covered by the valve body 62 in a state in which the flange 63 is abutted against the shoulder 52.

The disclosure relates to a pressure regulating device for vehicle. A gas pressure regulating device for vehicle includes a valve seat and a valve cavity housing. The valve seat is provided with a valve core insertion hole, and a bottom of the valve core insertion hole is provided with a valve port. The valve cavity housing is detachably assembled with the valve seat. A valve core is guided and assembled in the valve cavity housing, the valve core has an inserted segment, the inserted segment is inserted in the valve core insertion hole, and the valve core is provided with a flow channel. An insertion sealing ring is provided between a hole wall of the valve core insertion hole and an outer peripheral surface of the inserted segment of the valve core. The valve seat and the valve cavity housing are relatively translated in an axial direction of the valve core insertion hole and are assembled in place in a relatively translational manner. A fixed structure is provided between the valve seat and the valve cavity housing, and the fixed structure is configured to relatively fix the valve seat and the valve cavity housing when the valve seat and the valve cavity housing are assembled in place.
