WATERWAY SWITCH SWITCHING VALVE AND ITS SWITCHING METHOD AND A WATERWAY SWITCH VALVE FOR A BATHTUB
The invention provides a waterway switch switching valve, which comprises: valve body, main control valve core and waterway control valve core; the valve body comprises a water inlet channel, a first water outlet and a second water outlet, the number of waterway control valve core corresponds to the number of water outlets one by one, and is divided into the first and second waterway control valve core; the first waterway control valve core and the second waterway control valve core are respectively installed in the valve body; The valve body also comprises a first waterway arranged between the water inlet channel and the first waterway control valve core; and a second waterway between the first waterway control valve core and the second waterway control valve core; when the first waterway control valve core is opened, the first waterway control valve core connects the first waterway with the first water outlet; when the first waterway control valve core is closed, the first waterway control valve core connects the first waterway with the second waterway; when the second waterway control valve core is opened, the second waterway communicates with the second water outlet. The above waterway switch switching valve ensures that there is only one waterway discharge water at most.
Sensing mechanism for valve operation
A flush valve assembly has a pilot valve and a drive train for selective driving the pilot valve between an open position and a closed position. The drive train has a drive gear coupled to a motor for rotating the drive gear and a valve gear coupled to the pilot valve and intermeshing with the drive gear. At least one of the drive gear and the valve gear have a flag extending outwardly therefrom. A sensor positioned to detect the flag and establish a rotational position of the drive gear and the valve gear to thereby establish an opened or closed position of the pilot valve.
Flow-rate adjustable valve
The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a main valve body movably supported in the flow path via a diaphragm membrane; a back pressure chamber; a plurality of inlet holes communicating the upstream side of the flow path with the back pressure chamber; an outlet hole communicating a downstream side of the flow path with the back pressure chamber; and a pilot valve body for opening and closing the outlet hole, wherein moments acting on the main valve body based on the liquid flowing into the back pressure chamber through the plurality of inlet holes are canceled by each other in total, under a condition in which the pilot valve body opens the outlet hole.
MECHANICAL SAFETY SHUT-DOWN VALVE
A pilot valve controlled mechanical shut-down valve. The mechanical shut-down valve includes a thermostatic motor that effectuates closing of the pilot valve when the temperature of fluid flowing through the shut-down valve is one of greater than a predetermined value, less than a predetermined value, or within a range of predetermined values. As a result thereof, flow through the shut-down valve is stopped.
FLOW CONTROL SWITCH VALVE
A flow regulating switch valve includes a valve core that includes a switch assembly configured to drive a diaphragm assembly to open or close a water outlet, and also includes a flow regulating assembly that comprises a rotating ring, a sliding block, and a magnet. A control key is configured to control the switch assembly. The rotating ring is connected to the control key and includes an inclined plane that transitions from high to low and is configured to drive the sliding block to slide up and down such that the sliding block drives the magnet to move up and down. The magnet is configured to control the diaphragm assembly to regulate a size of the water outlet.
PLUMBING VALVE AND CORRESPONDING SERIES
A sanitary valve (1) having a movable diaphragm (4) of a main valve (3) that is actuable using a push-push mechanism (8) which defines at least three discrete switching positions of the main valve (3) controlled via a pilot valve (6), and/or a flowrate regulator (34), preferably adjustable by the push-push mechanism (8), arranged permanently downstream from the main valve (3).
Control valve for at least one sanitary fitting having a diaphragm valve and a multi-port valve
A control valve for at least one sanitary fitting that contains a body having at least one inlet (3) for a liquid; a diaphragm valve for opening and closing a flow channel of the control valve, the diaphragm valve having a diaphragm and a counterpressure chamber connected to the at least one inlet, and a pilot orifice being formed in the diaphragm, which pilot orifice connects the counterpressure chamber to the flow channel; a multi-port valve disposed downstream of the diaphragm valve and having a plurality of outlets for the liquid; and a controller for controlling the diaphragm valve and the multiport valve, the controller containing a control rod extending through the pilot orifice of the diaphragm, wherein the control rod can be adjusted in a longitudinal direction for controlling the diaphragm valve and can be rotated for controlling the multiport valve.
VALVE FOR A FLUSH-MOUNTED BODY OF A SANITARY FITTING, HAVING A CONTROL KNOB ROTATABLY FASTENED TO A VALVE KNOB
A valve for a flush-mounted body of a sanitary fitting, at least having a valve housing with a longitudinal axis, a rotatable flow control element for adjusting a flow volume of a liquid flowing through the valve, and a valve knob for opening and closing the valve. The valve knob can be adjusted via the flow control element, rotationally and parallel to the longitudinal axis, by a control knob for the valve, and the control knob is fastened to the valve knob by a rotary coupling so that the control knob can be non-rotatably fastened relative to the valve housing.
SANITARY VALVE
A sanitary valve having a main valve with a diaphragm movable between closed and open positions. The main valve is in an inner housing rotatably mounted in an outer housing. The inner housing has a first valve opening connected to a first valve opening in the outer housing to form a valve outlet. The inner housing has a second valve opening arranged on the outside relative to the valve outlet and is paired with a second valve opening in the outer housing forming a valve inlet. Paired second valve openings are brought into congruence by a relative twisting of the inner and outer housings with the valve inlet being variable. The inner housing has a pot-base inside from which a valve connector protrudes which connects the inner part first valve opening forming the valve outlet to the valve seat formed by the free sleeve end region of the valve connector.
SANITARY VALVE
A sanitary valve having a main valve and a pilot valve by which the main valve is actuatable between open and closed positions. A valve diaphragm movable by a valve tappet connected to a push-push mechanism provides for switching between switching positions corresponding to open and closed positions. The main and pilot valves are in an inner housing that is rotatably mounted in an outer housing. The outer and inner housings have paired valve openings, with a first valve opening pair arranged coaxially to a rotational axis designed as a valve outlet and a second valve opening pair provided as a valve inlet. The second pair is movable into congruence according to the rotational position between the outer and inner housings so the clear opening cross-section, kept free, of the at least one valve inlet produced by the congruence of the second valve openings is modified.
