HORIZONTAL-POSTURE MAINTAINING APPARATUS
A horizontal-posture maintaining apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a barrel, a cover unit provided on a side surface of the barrel, a first driver provided in the cover unit, for rotating the barrel in a first direction (around an X axis) to keep the barrel in horizontal posture, a second driver provided in the cover unit, for rotating the cover unit in a second direction (around a Y axis) to keep the barrel in the horizontal posture, and a controller for controlling rotation of the first and second drivers.
MULTIDIRECTIONAL DISPLAY MOUNT
A mounting system capable of mounting objects to support structures is disclosed. The mounting system includes a wall mount including a display bracket configured to hold the object, a fixed support bracket couplable to a vertical support structure, and a linkage assembly. The linkage assembly has a low-profile stowed configuration in which the object is held in a raised position close to the support structure. The linkage assembly moves to another configuration to move the object. The object can be held in a lowered position. A biasing mechanism can facilitate convenient movement of the object.
Compensated Motion Base
A compensated actuator, in various embodiments, comprises a base and an electric actuator and a fluid actuator interconnected to cooperatively allow for movement of an upper deck frame to which one or more compensated actuators are connected with or without using a pivoting connector. When so connected, a predetermined set of compensated actuators are connected to the upper deck frame and a platform intermediate the upper deck frame and the platform in a predetermined pattern and linear forces from the electric actuator and fluid actuator combined to impart rotation to an output attachment point.
HYDRAULIC SWIVEL SYSTEM FOR A HYDRAULIC LIFTING COLUMN AND LIFTING COLUMN
A hydraulic pivot system for a hydraulic lifting column has a central pivot system head, an inner frame, an outer frame and a hydraulic cylinder device. The inner frame is mounted on the pivot system head by the hydraulic cylinder device so as to be pivotable about a first pivot axis. The pivot system head is disposed axially within the inner frame as seen along the first pivot axis. The outer frame is pivotally mounted to the inner frame so as to be pivotable about a second pivot axis by the hydraulic cylinder device. A hydraulic lifting column with a hydraulic pivot system is also provided.
STAND EQUIPPED WITH COUNTERBALANCE UNIT
A stand includes first to fourth links, first to fourth joints, a front link, first to fifth extension links, and first to fourth extension joints. The first to fourth links are arranged in a parallelogram configuration, wherein the first and third links are arranged on opposite sides and the second and fourth joints are arranged in a diagonal direction. The front link extends from the first link. The first extension link is rotatably connected to the second joint. The second extension link is rotatably connected to the first extension joint. The third extension link is rotatably connected to the second extension joint. The fourth extension link is arranged between the third extension joint and the fourth extension joint. The fifth extension link is arranged between the first joint and the second extension joint. The first, fourth, and fifth extension links are in parallel with one another.
Six-degree-of-freedom micro vibration suppression platform and control method thereof
A six-degree-of-freedom micro vibration suppression platform includes a basic platform, a load platform, six sets of single-degree-of-freedom active and passive composite vibration isolation devices that are exactly the same and a controller. Upper and lower ends of each set of single-degree-of-freedom active and passive composite vibration isolation devices are connected with the load platform and the basic platform, respectively. A control method includes: calculating a logical axis signal, calculating a logical axis control signal, calculating physical axis real-time control signals and a transfer step.
Two-axis joint
A joint apparatus with two degrees of freedom and a large range of singularity-free motion is provided including a first support, a second support, a pivot coupled between the first and second supports for allowing the second support to tilt in first and second directions relative to the first support, a first linkage coupled between the first and second supports for tilting the second support in the first direction relative to the first support, and a second linkage coupled between the first and second supports for tilting the second support in the second direction relative to the first support.
Link actuating device
A link actuating device includes input side and output side link hubs, and two sets of link mechanisms. Each of the link mechanisms is a three-link-chain link mechanism including four revolute pairs, and includes input side and output side end links rotatably connected to the input side and output side link hubs and an intermediate links rotatably connected to input side and output side end links. The link mechanism have a positional relationship in which the revolute pair axes between the link hubs and the end links are located on the same plane and cross each other. At least one of the two sets of link mechanisms is provided with interlocking unit that interlocks the input side end link and the output side end link to each other so as to be rotationally displaced.
Calibration for image stabilization mechanism
The disclosure describes systems and methods for calibrating an image stabilization mechanism. One method includes a control system sending a command to thermally condition one or more sensors to a predetermined temperature. During thermal conditioning to the predetermined temperature, the control system sends a command to drive one or more motors of the image stabilization mechanism to cause movement of an imaging device coupled to the image stabilization mechanism. After thermal conditioning to the predetermined temperature, the control system sends a command to stop driving the one or more motors of the image stabilization mechanism to stop movement of the imaging device coupled to the image stabilization mechanism. After stopping the driving of the one or more motors, the control system sends a command to calibrate the one or more sensors.
Universal bathroom holder
A system to hold a hair dryer or other item adjustably in position to allow a user to realize hands-free use of the item. The system is designed to make hair drying and/or the hands-free use of any other items in, for example, a bathroom setting, easier and more efficient. The item holder of the present invention is formed of an approximately vertically mounted bar, with a slider slideably connected to the bar. The slider can be loosened, moved, and tightened into position. An item can then be connected to the slider, and held in place in a position.
