Actuating drive having a wound flat spring as a restoring spring, which flat spring is designed as a constant-force spring and acts directly on an actuation connection point of the actuating drive
Various embodiments of the teachings herein include an actuating drive comprising: a drive element; an actuation element; and a restoring spring. The drive element drives the actuation element indirectly about an actuation axis. The actuation element includes a shaft portion concentric to the actuation axis and extends at least partially circumferentially. The restoring spring includes a wound flat spring providing a restoring torque on the actuation element, acting tangentially on the shaft portion, and a free spring end tangentially fastened to the shaft portion. The free spring end is radially externally disposed with respect to the spring axis and fastened tangentially to the shaft portion. The spring is mounted rotatably so the spring axis is radially spaced apart from the actuation axis and aligned parallel to the actuation axis.

Panel driving assembly and air conditioner having the same
Provided are a panel driving assembly and an air conditioner having the same. The panel driving assembly is used for driving a panel part (10), and the panel driving assembly includes: a first connecting piece (20), is provided with a first rack (21), a first end of the first connecting piece (20) is movably connected with the panel part (10); and a driving part (30), a first end of the driving part (30) is movably connected with the panel part (10), a second end of the driving part (30) is engaged with the first rack (21), and the driving part (30) driving the panel part (10) to be opened or closed. The panel driving assembly effectively solves a problem of high heat exchange efficiency loss of an air conditioner in the prior art.
DEVICE FOR MANIPULATING AN ACTUATOR, DESIGNED IN PARTICULAR IN THE FORM OF A THROTTLE FLAP OR CLOSURE FLAP, OF AN AIR VENT
A device for manipulating an actuator (1) of an air vent (2), wherein, for generating as required an adjustment movement acting on the actuator (1), the device has a preferably manually actuable actuating element (3) and a drive mechanism (6) with a motor drive (7). The drive mechanism (6) is assigned a resetting mechanism which is designed to make an adjustment movement, brought about previously by the drive (7), of the actuator (1) relative to the housing (10) of the air vent (2) reversible again, if required, such that the actuator (1) is then again in a position relative to the housing (10) of the air vent (2) that was set previously by actuation of the actuating element (3).
DRIVING MECHANISM AND AIR DOOR DEVICE
A driving mechanism and an air door device including the driving mechanism. A switch signal can be switched when a driving gear rotates forward to one position and rotates backward to another position. The driving mechanism comprises the following components in a shell: a switch; a rotary pressing member rotating toward a pressing direction in which a first pressing portion presses the switch and a departure direction in which the first pressing portion departs from the switch; a force application component for driving the rotary pressing member to rotate toward the pressing direction; a driving gear for driving the rotary pressing member to rotate, a motor for driving the driving gear to rotate and a driven gear being engaged with the driving gear are further arranged in the shell, the driving gear is provided with a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion arranged along the circumferential direction.
AIR CLEANER
An air flow controller for an air cleaner and an air cleaner are provided. The air flow controller may include a fan, and a housing, the fan being provided in the housing and the housing being movable from an initial horizontal position in which the air flow controller directs air flow in a vertical direction to an inclined position in which the air flow controller directs air flow in a diagonal direction.
AIR CONDITIONER INDOOR UNIT
An air conditioner indoor unit includes a back plate assembly, a top cover assembly having a part connected to a top wall of the back plate assembly, and a panel assembly. The panel assembly includes a first panel connected to the back plate assembly and including a first air outlet and a second air outlet arranged below the first air outlet, a second panel disposed below the first panel, a door mounting plate disposed at rear of the first panel and including a guiding groove, a door coupled to the door mounting plate and movable relative to the door mounting plate to open or close the first air outlet, and a guiding post arranged at the door and configured to extend into and slide relative to the guiding groove. The back plate assembly, the top cover assembly, the first panel, and the second panel are connected one to another.
Devices to convert a ceiling/wall register to a motorized damper
Devices for retrofitting existing, manual airflow registers are described that convert a manual register with blades into a motorized damper. The devices include a support structure attached to the register and having a motor that moves a linking apparatus. The linking apparatus is coupled with a lever of the register that itself is coupled with the blades such that movement of the lever rotates the blades and therefore control the amount of airflow through the register. By moving the linking apparatus via a motor, the lever can also be moved allowing the manual airflow register to be automatically controlled with the need to replace the existing register.
