BOILER WITH HEATING BLOWER
The present invention relates to a boiler with a heating blower, the boiler being able to improve heat exchange efficiency without an additional boiler. According to the present invention, there is provided a heating blower that supplies high-temperature hot wind to a flame guide tube outside a storage tub, so it is possible to improve heat exchange efficiency of the flame guide tube and flue tube without an additional boiler.
Method for low NOx fire tube boiler
A fire tube boiler includes a perforated flame holder configured to hold a combustion reaction that produces very low oxides of nitrogen (NOx).
Reduced Size Fire Tube Boiler System and Method of Operating Same
A boiler system having a generally cylindrical housing or shell includes a main or fire tube with a furnace or combustion chamber extending longitudinally near the bottom of the housing and a burner to accomplish combustion within the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber opens at its rear end to furnace tube sheet, and to a first set of tubes extending longitudinally of the boiler. The first set of tubes extends to and through the rear tube sheet of the boiler to a turnaround space, which transitions to a second set of tubes located above the combustion chamber and first set of tubes to generally span a length extending from the rear tube sheet of the boiler to the front tube sheet. The boiler system as disclosed has a reduced size while maintaining efficiency in steam and hot water applications.
BOILER FOR PRODUCING HOT WATER OR STEAM
A boiler for producing hot water or steam, comprising a containment enclosure, which forms a heating chamber that contains water to be heated, and accommodating a firebox body, which forms internally a combustion chamber with a burner associated therewith which has a combustion head, accommodated in the combustion chamber, and a device for premixing air and gas which is connected to the combustion head. According to the invention, the premixing device comprises an air supply duct, which is connected to the combustion head, and a mixing tubular body, which is extended coaxially to the supply duct in order to create, between the internal lateral wall of the supply duct and the external surface of the sidewall of the mixing tubular body, an intake region which has a transverse air passage section that is narrower than the air passage section formed by the supply duct upstream of the mixing tubular body, along the air flow direction.
BOILER
A boiler comprising an enclosure which forms a heating chamber which contains water to be heated and accommodates a firebox which forms a combustion chamber with a burner associated therewith which comprises a combustion head, arranged in the combustion chamber and connected to a supply duct, and provided with a premixer of combustion air and combustible gas which is interposed along the supply duct. The combustion chamber is connected to a stack for the evacuation of the combustion gases into the external environment, elements being further provided for generating a flow of a mixture of air and gas toward the combustion head; at least one duct being provided for conveying the combustion gases which connects the stack to the supply duct.
Wavy smoke tube structure of boiler
The present disclosure relates to a wavy smoke tube structure of a boiler, which improves heat exchange efficiency of a smoke tube. The wavy smoke tube structure includes: a main body formed in a columnar shape and having a space therein; a plurality of first concave portions concavely formed along a first side portion in a longitudinal direction of the main body; a plurality of second concave portions concavely formed along a second side portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body opposite to the first side portion and each positioned between a pair of the first concave portions to face them; and a plurality of blocking grooves formed in a pair of sidewall portions provided between the first side portion and the second side portion.
Combined gas-water tube hybrid heat exchanger
A heat exchanger having a cylindrical body comprising an upper section, a lower section, a side water jacket surrounding the upper and lower sections, a top water jacket disposed atop the upper section and a gas exhaust disposed below the lower section. A water cavity is disposed substantially in the lower section while a gas cavity having a burner is disposed substantially centrally within the gas cavity. A plurality of water tubes disposed in a ring formation, connect the water cavity through the gas cavity to the top water jacket and a plurality of gas tubes also disposed in ring formations, connect the gas cavity through the water cavity to the gas exhaust. At least one of the gas tubes ring has a diameter that is greater than that of the water tubes ring.
LOW NOx FIRE TUBE BOILER
A fire tube boiler includes a perforated flame holder configured to hold a combustion reaction that produces very low oxides of nitrogen (NOx).
