A pouched product adapted for release of a releasable component therefrom is provided herein. The pouched product can include a water-permeable fabric pouch formed so as to define a cavity therein, and a composition contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the composition including one or more releasable components that are released from the composition under mouth conditions and that are capable of movement through the water-permeable fabric pouch. The composition includes nicotine and at least one particulate non-tobacco material. The pouched product also includes at least one capsule contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the capsule having a capsule wall surrounding an inner payload comprising at least one botanical.

AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE WITH HIGH AEROSOL FORMER CONTENT

An aerosol-generating article is provided, including: a substrate portion containing an aerosol-forming substrate; and a connect portion disposed at one end of the aerosol-generating article in direct abutment with the substrate portion, the connect portion having a tubular empty core structure, the substrate portion having a length of between 20 millimeters and 60 millimeters, and a diameter of between 4 millimeters and 7 millimeters, the aerosol-forming substrate including an aerosol former, and an amount of the aerosol former ranges between 6 percent and 20 percent by weight on a dry weight basis of the aerosol-forming substrate. An aerosol-generating system including the aerosol-generating article and an aerosol-generating device, and a method for manufacturing the aerosol-generating article, are also provided.

ORAL COMPOSITIONS WITH REDUCED WATER CONTENT

The disclosure provides for oral compositions that exhibit desired properties associated with moist products while incorporating a relatively low water content. Such compositions may include at least one releasable material, at least one filler/carrier component, and at least one water substitute, such as a polyol. The water substituted may be present in an amount of about 25% by weight or greater based on the total weight of the oral composition, and the compositions and products formed therewith can exhibit a relatively low water activity, such as in the range of about 0.85 or less. The present disclosure further provides methods of forming an oral composition with a mouthfeel corresponding to a moist product while having a relatively low water activity.
