METHODS OF MAKING TOBACCO-FREE SUBSTRATES FOR AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICES
The present disclosure provides an aerosol generating component containing a substrate carrying at least one aerosol forming material. The substrate is substantially free of solid tobacco material, and includes about 60% dry weight or more of one or more fillers, based on the total dry weight of the substrate, and at least one binder. The final form of the substrate can be configured to be used in aerosol generating components for aerosol delivery devices. Such devices utilize electrically generated heat or combustible ignition sources to heat the aerosol forming materials, providing an inhalable substance in the form of an aerosol.
ORAL POUCHED PRODUCT
An oral pouched product is disclosed, the oral pouched product includes a saliva permeable pouch, a pouch composition, the pouch composition includes heat-treated fibers, nicotine, water in an amount of less than 65% by weight of the pouch composition, and at least one sugar alcohol. Also, a method for manufacturing an oral pouched product is disclosed.

AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE INCLUDING VAPORIZING SUBSTRATE AND AEROSOL-GENERATING SYSTEM USING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides an aerosol-generating article a sealed container; and a composition contained in the sealed container and comprising a tobacco material and a vaporizing agent, wherein the tobacco material includes an aerosol-generating material and tobacco leaves, and the vaporizing agent generates oxidizing heat when exposed to air such that an aerosol may be generated without a heating device or electric power.
Capsule-containing pouched product for oral use
A pouched product adapted for release of a releasable component therefrom is provided herein. The pouched product can include a water-permeable fabric pouch formed so as to define a cavity therein, and a composition contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the composition including one or more releasable components that are released from the composition under mouth conditions and that are capable of movement through the water-permeable fabric pouch. The composition includes nicotine and at least one particulate non-tobacco material. The pouched product also includes at least one capsule contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the capsule having a capsule wall surrounding an inner payload comprising at least one botanical.
