Heat exchanger with header contact regions for tubes support

The application relates to a heat exchanger having a block with ribs and rectangular tubes. The block is arranged between a first collecting box and a second collecting box. Each collecting box is closed off by a base which has eyelets for receiving the tubes, and a trough-shaped circulating section for receiving the collecting box extends along the edge of the base. The base has an elevated contact region on at least one end face for the tube which lies directly opposite the end face in order to allow a stable structure of the heat exchanger, collecting boxes, and block.

Air-cooled condenser system

An air-cooled condenser system for steam condensing applications in a power plant Rankine cycle includes an air cooled condenser having a plurality of interconnected modular cooling cells. Each cell comprises a frame-supported fan, inlet steam header, outlet condensate headers, and tube bundle assemblies having optionally finned tubes extending between the headers. The tube bundle assemblies may fabricated into an A-shaped tube structure. The tube bundles are self-supporting without support from any part of the frame between top and bottom tubesheets of each bundle. The condensate headers may be slideably mounted to the frame for thermal expansion/contraction. Steam circulating in a closed flow loop on the tube side from a steam turbine is cooled in each cell by ambient air blown through the tube bundles, thereby forming liquid condensate returned to the Rankine cycle. The present design further provides a longitudinal and vertical thermal expansion restraint system.

Modularized water-cooling heat sink

A modularized water-cooling heat sink includes a cold discharge body, a water tank and a water pump. The water pump is connected with the water tank, and connected with the cold discharge body via an external cold head. The cold discharge body is provided with a first through hole in communication with outside, and the water pump is provided with a second through hole in communication with outside. The first through hole is located on the end of the cold discharge body away from the connection with the water pump. The water tank and the cold discharge body are detachably connected. The modularized water-cooling heat sink has such a modular structure design that it is assembled as simple as an integrated water-cooling heat sink, and that the heat dissipation effect thereof is as good as a split water-cooling heat sink.
