The support end has, according to a plan view, a concavity configured to fit the wall of the manifold.
ADVANCED LARGE SCALE FIELD-ERECTED AIR COOLED INDUSTRIAL STEAM CONDENSER
Large scale field erected air cooled industrial steam condenser having heat exchanger panels independently loaded into and supported in a heat exchange frame section. A bottom bonnet runs along the bottom length of each heat exchanger panel for delivering steam to the bottom end of condenser tubes in the heat exchange panel and for receiving condensate formed in those same tubes. The tops of the tubes are connected to a top bonnet. Uncondensed steam and non-condensables are drawn into the top bonnet from the condenser tubes. A steam distribution manifold is suspended from the heat exchange section frame perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the heat exchange panels and beneath a center point of the heat exchange panels and delivers steam to each heat exchange panel via a single steam inlet located at a center point of each bottom bonnet.
Header for a heat exchanger
A header (10) for a heat exchanger, in particular for a charge air cooler, comprising an opening plane (12) with plurality of openings (14) for attachment of tubes, a collar (13) encircling the perimeter of the opening plane (12) and protruding at least partially above the opening plane (12), wherein the header (10) further comprises guiding protrusions (11a, 11b) located along inner perimeter of the collar (13) adjacent to said openings (14) and configured to guide the tubes into the openings (14) upon insertion, wherein the openings (14) have substantially rectangular shape with longer sides (14a) and shorter sides (14b) and are arranged in series along their longer sides (14a), wherein a first group of guiding protrusions (11a) is located adjacent the longer sides (14a) of the openings (14), while a second group of guiding protrusions (11b) is located adjacent the shorter sides (14b) of the openings (14).
Fire tube
A fire tube with three hollow tube sections, two of which are parallel to each other and one of which is perpendicular to and connects the ends of the first two tube sections. The bottom-most tube section, which contains the burner, has an inner ceramic liner that is made up of one or more separate ceramic tubular sections. An upper set of cooling fins surrounds the top part of the bottom-most tube section, and a lower set of cooling fins surrounds the bottom part of the bottom-most tube section.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger has a structure in which a heat exchanger main body through which coolant flows is obliquely installed in a box-shaped enclosure, the heat exchanger main body is constituted by a header pipe and a plurality of heat transfer pipes connected to the header pipe and disposed at predetermined intervals along a surface of a part of the header pipe, the header pipe has an area adjacent to an inner surface of the enclosure, and a seal section is provided between the inner surface of the enclosure and the area of the header pipe adjacent to the enclosure.
HIGH RELIABILITY, MICROCHANNEL HEAT PIPE ARRAY FOR IMPROVED EFFICIENCY, SIMPLIFIED CHARGING/DISCHARGING AND LOW-COST MANUFACTURE
Systems and method for providing a micro-channel array are provided. In some embodiments, a micro-channel array includes a plurality of micro-channels having a first end and a second end; where at least one of the first end and the second end allows fluid connectivity between the plurality of micro-channels. In some embodiments, the micro-channel array includes external manifolding for fluid connectivity between the plurality of micro-channels. In some embodiments, the micro-channel array includes internal manifolding for fluid connectivity between the plurality of micro-channels. This may solve one of the largest causes of low yields and poor performance consistency in the production process while at the same time simplifying production and reducing production costs.
Heat exchanger and air-conditioning system
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a heat exchanger and an air-conditioning system. The heat exchanger comprises heat exchange tubes. The heat exchange tubes comprise first heat exchange tubes configured to form a first circuit, and second heat exchange tubes configured to form a second circuit. With the heat exchanger and the air-conditioning system according to the embodiments of the present invention, for example, a heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger in a part load condition is improved.
CORROSION RESISTANT MICROCHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes a first manifold, aa second manifold, at least one heat exchange tube segment extending between and fluidly coupling the first manifold and the second manifold, and a fin having a non-linear configuration. A portion of the fin is affixed to an adjacent surface of the at least one heat exchange tube segment via a braze joint. The braze joint has a length, measured parallel to a length of the at least one heat exchange tube segment, less than or equal to 650 micrometers.
Air-conditioning apparatus
The air-conditioning apparatus includes a heat exchanger including a plurality of heat transfer tubes and a header manifold an axial fan and a refrigerant circuit. When the distance from the center of the flow space in the horizontal plane is represented on a scale of 0 to 100%, where 0% represents the center of the flow space and 100% is the position of the wall surface of the header manifold, among the plurality of branch tubes located within a height range that allows the blade to rotate, the majority of the branch tubes located at or below the height of the boss are connected to the header manifold such that their distal ends are positioned at 0 to 50% of the distance from the center, and the majority of the branch tubes located above the height of the boss are connected to the header manifold such that their distal ends are positioned at more than 50% of the distance from the center.
