Interlaced heat exchanger
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a climate management system that includes a heat exchanger having a first set of microchannel coils fluidly coupled to a first circuit of the climate management system and a second set of microchannel coils fluidly coupled to a second circuit of the climate management system, where the first circuit and the second circuit are fluidly separate from one another, and where the first set of microchannel coils and the second set of microchannel coils are disposed in an alternating arrangement along a length of the heat exchanger such that the first set of microchannel coils and the second set of microchannel coils are interlaced in the heat exchanger.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger has a structure in which a heat exchanger main body through which coolant flows is obliquely installed in a box-shaped enclosure, the heat exchanger main body is constituted by a header pipe and a plurality of heat transfer pipes connected to the header pipe and disposed at predetermined intervals along a surface of a part of the header pipe, the header pipe has an area adjacent to an inner surface of the enclosure, and a seal section is provided between the inner surface of the enclosure and the area of the header pipe adjacent to the enclosure.
Cooling device, cooling system, and control method of cooling system
A cooling device includes a number of cooling tubes arranged in parallel such that a first cooling fluid and a second cooling fluid can flow in the cooling tubes. A tank communicates with the cooling tubes to allow the first cooling fluid or the second cooling fluid to flow through the cooling tubes. A diaphragm is located inside the tank to separate the tank into a first space allowing the first cooling fluid to flow therein and a second space allowing the second cooling fluid to flow therein. The diaphragm is coupled to the tank to be rectilinearly movable in a direction of an arrangement of the plurality of cooling tubes.
HEAT EXCHANGER, REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CORRUGATED FIN, AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CORRUGATED FIN
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat heat transfer tubes each having a flat cross-sectional shape, a flat outer side surface, and an interior defining a passage through which a fluid flows, the plurality of flat heat transfer tubes being arranged with the flat outer side surfaces facing each other, and a plurality of corrugated fins each having a wavy shape, each of the plurality of corrugated fins being disposed between and joined to flat heat transfer tubes of the plurality of flat heat transfer tubes that are adjacent to each other. Each of the plurality of corrugated fins has portions that correspond to peaks of the wavy shape and have lower flexural rigidity than other portions of the corrugated fin.
HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING FLOW DISTRIBUTION TANK STRUCTURE FOR THERMAL STRESS DISPERSION
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a flow distribution tank structure for thermal stress dispersion. The objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated heat exchanger for cooling two types of heat exchange media having different temperatures, the heat exchanger having a flow distribution tank structure for thermal stress dispersion, and having a flow distribution structure in a tack so as to effectively disperse the thermal stress caused by the temperature difference.
AIR COOLED CONDENSER AND RELATED METHODS
A vertical bundle air-cooled heat exchanger, a finned tube assembly for an air cooled condenser and method for forming the same, and a system for removing thermal energy generated by radioactive materials. In one aspect, an air cooled condenser sized for industrial and commercial application includes an inlet steam distribution header for conveying steam, a condensate outlet header for conveying condensate, an array of tube bundles each having a plurality of finned tube assemblies having a bare steel tube with an exposed outer surface and a set of aluminum fins brazed directly onto the tube by a brazing filler metal. The steel tubes may be spaced apart by the aluminum fins and have an inlet end fluidly coupled to the inlet steam distribution header and an outlet end fluidly coupled to the outlet header. A forced draft fan may be arranged to blow air through the tube bundles.
Vehicle condenser
A vehicle condenser in which a notch portion of each coupling part of a pair of supports installed at the outermost sides of radiation fins extends so as to have a certain length from the tip of a body part to the inside end of the notch portion, or a through-hole is formed so as to be spaced by a predetermined distance toward the inside of the body part from the tip thereof, thereby preventing the radiation fins from melting when the clad on a header of a header tank is melted during the brazing of the radiation fins and flows along an embossing part, regardless of a method for manufacturing the supports. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the failure rate of the condenser and increase the efficiency of the condenser by maintaining the original state of the radiation fins.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a core and a header tank. The header tank includes a partition, a first inlet pipe, and a second inlet pipe. The partition divides an inside passage of the header tank into a first tank and a second tank. The first inlet pipe introduces a first fluid into the first tank. The second inlet pipe introduces a second fluid into the second tank. The first inlet pipe is inclined at a predetermined angle except a right angle relative to an outer surface of the header tank such that a flow direction of the first fluid flowing from the first inlet pipe to the first tank includes a component in a predetermined direction from a first end of the first tank provided with the partition to a second end of the first tank opposite to the first end.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger has: a heat transfer tube group made up of plural heat transfer tubes each of which has, inside the heat transfer tube, a flow passage through which refrigerant flows; a fin provided on the heat transfer tubes; and a bridging header into which end portions of the heat transfer tubes are inserted and that causes refrigerant to flow between the heat transfer tubes. The bridging header has a base having a flat plate shape. The bridging header also has a corrugated sheet forming, between the corrugated sheet and the base, a header flow passage, through which refrigerant flows. The bridging header also has a covering plate covering the corrugated sheet and pressing the corrugated sheet toward the base.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
A heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat transfer parts arranged in a first direction and spaced apart from each other, the plurality of heat transfer parts extending in a second direction and allowing refrigerant to flow through inside the plurality of heat transfer parts; a first header extending in the first direction and connected to one end of each of the plurality of heat transfer parts; a second header extending in the first direction and connected to an other end of each of the plurality of heat transfer parts; and a support extending along the first direction and the second direction and having an opening, the support being located at at least one face of the plurality of heat transfer parts in a third direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the support being fixed to the first header and the second header.
