A plate for a heat exchanger, intended to be arranged in a stack of plates, includes: —a main panel having a first edge and a second edge, opposite the first edge, and at least one first fin protruding from the main panel and capable of delimiting, with the main panel and an adjacent plate, a fluid flow path, wherein the first fin extends from the first edge of the main panel towards the second edge, without extending up to the second edge, so as to provide a first fluid passage between one end of the first fin and the second transverse edge where the fluid flow path forms a first baffle.

Heat exchanger and air conditioner having the same

A heat exchanger includes: flat pipes each including a passage for refrigerant that are arranged side by side in a predetermined step direction; and a header collecting pipe extending along the predetermined step direction that is connected to the flat pipes. The header collecting pipe includes: a flat pipe-side header forming member; and an opposite-side header forming member facing the flat pipe-side header forming member. The flat pipes are inserted in the flat pipe-side header forming member and an internal space exists between the flat pipe-side header forming member and the opposite-side header forming member. When viewed along the predetermined step direction: the flat pipe-side header forming member has a flat pipe-side curved portion protruding toward the flat pipes and the opposite-side header forming member has an opposite-side curved portion protruding toward a side away from the flat pipes.

PASSIVE HEAT EXCHANGER WITH SINGLE MICROCHANNEL COIL

The present disclosure provides materials and methods related to passive cooling systems. In particular, the present disclosure provides a condensorator heat exchanger with a single microchannel coil that integrates the evaporator and condenser into one assembly. The passive heat exchanger systems of the present disclosure provide enhanced cooling capacity and airflow in environments ranging from outdoor electronic enclosures to commercial and residential buildings.

REFRIGERATOR

A refrigerator includes a cabinet configured to define a low-temperature storage space and a machine room, in which a compressor is disposed; and a condenser disposed in the machine room. The condenser includes a header comprising a first header and a second header, which are spaced apart from each other, a plurality of tubes configured to connect the first header to the second header, and a heat exchange fin disposed between the tubes spaced apart from each other. The header includes a baffle configured to partition an inner space of the header so as to guide a flow direction of a refrigerant, each of the tubes includes a passage in which a hollow is defined so that the refrigerant flows, and the passage has a volume that gradually decreases along a flow path of the refrigerant.

Heat exchanger and air conditioner

A heat exchanger including: a header; flat tubes connected to the header and disposed in line along a longitudinal direction of the header; a first partition that partitions an inner space of the header into a first space on a side where the flat tubes are connected and a second space on a side opposite to the first space; and a second partition that partitions the inner space of the header into a first side and a second side. The first side is one side of the header in the longitudinal direction and the second side is opposite to the first side. The first partition has a common opening. The common opening includes an insertion opening and a refrigerant opening. A refrigerant moves between the first space and the second space via the refrigerant opening. The second partition is inserted into the insertion opening.

HEAT EXCHANGER CLOSURE ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF USING AND INSTALLING THE SAME

A heat exchanger assembly including an elongated tubular heat exchanger enclosure defining an interior chamber. A tube sheet is positioned within the interior chamber of the heat exchanger enclosure separating the interior chamber into a shell side and a channel side. The interior portion is configured to removably receive a tube bundle positioned within the shell side of the interior chamber. An annular sleeve member is positioned within the channel side of the interior chamber of the heat exchanger enclosure. An annular elastic torsion member is positioned within the channel side of the interior chamber of the heat exchanger such that the sleeve member is positioned between the tube sheet and the elastic torsion member. The elastic torsion member has an inner circumference deflectable relative to its outer circumference for torsioning the elastic torsion member.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger having a means for reducing thermal stress. An object of the present invention is to provide an integrated heat exchanger configured to cool two types of heat exchange media having different temperatures, the heat exchanger having a means for reducing thermal stress and having a flow distribution structure in a tank in order to effectively disperse thermal stress caused by a temperature difference.

Reservoir and liquid-cooling radiator

A reservoir and a liquid-cooling radiator are disclosed. The reservoir includes a reservoir body and at least one partition mounted in the reservoir body. The reservoir body has an end panel and a peripheral side panel that is integrally formed and connected with the end panel. The peripheral side plate extends from a peripheral edge of the end panel in a same direction. A liquid chamber is formed and surrounded by the end panel and the peripheral side panel. The peripheral side plate has two side plate portions located on opposing two sides of the end panel. The reservoir body is formed with U-shaped strips extending along inner walls of one side plate portion, the end panel and the other side plate portion in sequence. The U-shaped strips are spaced and arranged in pairs. A groove is formed between the paired U-shaped strips.

Heat exchanger

Each of tanks of a heat exchanger includes a tube joint portion and a tank body portion which define an internal space of the tank. The tube joint portions of the tanks constitute a single core plate. The tank body portions each have a claw protruding toward a core portion. The core plate is provided with a hole that fits with the claw. In a state in which the claw is fitted into the hole, the tank body portions are fixed to the core plate.
