Breech Device with Integrated Linearly Movable Firing Pin Pulse Generator

A firearm breech device (100) has a breech body (110) with a lower part with functional elements for interaction with an upper part of a handle part of the firearm. A firing pin (130) is linearly movable within a bore (120) of the breech body (110) with a leading end face (111) adjacent to the cartridge chamber (200) of a barrel of the firearm. The firing pin can be propelled by means of a pulse generator (140) which is also linearly movable within the bore (120) from a retracted basic position into an advanced firing position. In the advanced firing position, an ignition pin (138) of the firing pin (130) strikes an ignition element of a cartridge (300) to fire a shot.

Radial delayed blowback operating system for a firearm incorporating a rotational inducing profile established between bolt lugs and a mating receiving pattern within the upper receiver or a trunnion installed within the receiver

A delayed rotary blowback mechanism integrated into a firearm bolt and carrier subassembly. A plurality of radial locking lugs are configured at a rear end of the bolt and seat within a mating profile of an upper receiver interior or integrated trunnion in a fully chambered position. A plurality of chamfered locations are configured between the lugs and a receiving profile in the barrel or trunnion for influencing linear to rotational motion of the bolt. A cam pin extends upwardly from the bolt and seats through a circumferentially directed slot configured within the bolt carrier. Upon initiating of the discharge cycle, signaled by the round traveling through and out the end of the barrel, the chamfered configuration results in the bolt and cam pin rotating within the carrier and the lugs subsequently separating from the receiver or trunnion, with the bolt and associated carrier retaining sufficient inertia to cycle through the discharge cycle to the set position concurrent with reloading a subsequent cartridge.

Radial delayed blowback operating system for a firearm including a recoil discharge force attenuation interface between a cam pin and a clearance pocket configured within an upper receiver of the firearm

A delayed blowback mechanism integrated into a firearm bolt and carrier subassembly. A cam pin extends from the bolt and, upon initiation of the cartridge discharge cycle, engages a guiding clearance or pocket configured within the firearm upper receiver for providing recoil and discharge force attenuation in a radial delayed fashion during cycling of the bolt carrier group. Recoil attenuation between the cam pin and upper receiver clearance can be provided alone or assisted by chamfer or angled contour to either or both of the radially projecting and rear contact surfaces of the bolt locking lugs and the opposing inward projections configured within the barrel extension grooves. In any variant, the bolt and associated carrier retain sufficient inertia to cycle through the discharge cycle to the set position concurrent with reloading a subsequent cartridge.

TRIGGER-CYCLED FIREARM

Trigger-cycled firearms have a frame, a barrel, a bolt assembly connected to the frame in registration with the barrel and operable to reciprocate between a retracted position and a forward battery position, a trigger lever connected to the frame and operable to move between a forward rest position and a rearward actuated position, and the trigger lever operably connected to the bolt to move the bolt from the forward battery position to the retracted position and to release the bolt to the forward battery position and discharge the firearm in response to movement of the trigger lever from the forward rest position to the rearward actuated position when the bolt is in the forward position. There may be a connector bar pivotally connected to the frame and operably engaged to the bolt assembly and to the trigger lever. The connector bar may be slidably connected to the bolt assembly.

A firearm, especially a pistol, having a receiver and a guide rail for a slide that has a barrel, a retaining spring, and a slide stop device, the firearm further including a disassembling lever that is rotatable in the receiver, configured so that when the lever is in one end position: a) an abutment of the slide abuts against the lever and cannot be moved further forward, b) a fully inserted magazine is in contact with the lever and prevents any rotation, and c) an upper surface of the lever lies opposite an edge of the slide. When the magazine is withdrawn and the slide is stopped by the slide stop device, the lever can be rotated to allow the forward movement of the receiver.
