System and method for marksmanship training
A system and method for simulating lead of a target includes a network, a simulation administrator and a user device connected to the network, a database connected to the simulation administrator, and a set of position trackers positioned at a simulator site. The user device includes a virtual reality unit and a computer connected to the set of virtual reality unit and to the network. A generated target is simulated. The target and the user are tracked to generate a phantom target and a phantom halo. The phantom target and the phantom halo are displayed on the virtual reality unit at a lead distance and a drop distance from the target as viewed through the virtual reality unit.
Universal firearm marksmanship system
A universal marksmanship training system is disclosed herein configured to utilize a display device comprising a graphic display. A software application may also be provided. The software application is often configured to display a virtual target on the graphic display. A chamber insert may be utilized, the chamber insert configured to be positioned with the firing chamber of a firearm to be zeroed, wherein the chamber insert interacts with the software application to determine alignment of a bore of the firearm to a bore alignment point on the graphic display. In one form, the display device displays a sight target on the graphic display wherein the sight target is visually perceived by a marksman, and is offset from the bore alignment point by a offset distance. In one form, the software application calculates the sight target relative to the bore alignment point of the firearm given a set of condition variables.
FIREARM SIMULATOR TARGETS AND FIREARM SIMULATION SYSTEMS
Firearm simulator targets and firearm simulation systems are disclosed. A firearm simulator target includes a processor, a memory module, a plurality of light emitting diodes, and machine readable instructions stored in the memory module. When executed by the processor, the machine readable instructions cause the firearm simulator target to illuminate a target pattern subset of the plurality of light emitting diodes such that the target pattern subset of the plurality of light emitting diodes are illuminated to display a target pattern. The target pattern subset of the plurality of light emitting diodes that are illuminated includes a first light emitting diode. When executed by the processor, the machine readable instructions further cause the firearm simulator target to receive a signal from the first light emitting diode, and determine a target hit location at the first light emitting diode based on the signal received from the first light emitting diode.

MULTI-CONFIGURATION SIMULATOR SCREEN SYSTEM AND METHOD(S) OF USE
A multi-configuration simulator screen system and methods of use are described. Embodiments of the present invention include a multi-configuration screen assembly and a simulator system for running training scenarios on the multi-configuration screen assembly. The multi-configuration screen assembly can include a pair of screens rotatably coupled to a middle screen. The pair of screens can be rotated relative to the middle screen allowing for the simulator system to be implemented with a plurality of differently configured screens.
Virtual hunting devices and uses thereof
Embodiments of the present invention concern a virtual hunting apparatus that employs an imaging device mounted on top of the barrel of a simulated firearm such as a rifle or other toy. A cable can be used to connect the imaging device to the trigger of the simulated firearm. An imaging device can run a variety of applications and play videos. Pulling the trigger of the simulated firearm takes a picture of a target animal, records a video or plays a video of interest within the imaging device, without displacing a bullet or pellet to injure or kill the target animal.
