A valve opening/closing timing control device includes: a driving side rotator synchronously rotating with a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine; a driven side rotator coaxially disposed with a rotation axis of the driving side rotator and integrally rotating with a valve opening/closing camshaft; advance and retard chambers formed between the driving side and driven side rotators; a lock mechanism including a lock member capable of engaging with a recessed portion on one of the driving side and driven side rotators and provided in the other of the driving side and driven side rotators; and a connecting bolt coaxially disposed with the rotation axis and connecting the driven side rotator to the camshaft. The connecting bolt includes an internal space, and an advance port, a retard port and a lock port are formed as through-holes, a valve unit accommodates a spool, and the spool includes an internal flow path.

The invention relates to a fitting (1) for actuating a mechanism in a door or window, which has a handle (10) that is rotatably supported in or on a stop element (20) about an axis of rotation (D), wherein the stop element (20) can be fastened to the door or window, a drive pin (40) for actuating the mechanism in the door or window, a coupling element (50) for coupling the handle (10) to the drive pin (40), and a blocking device (70), which blocks the actuation of the drive pin (40) about the axis of rotation (D) when in the blocking position (A), wherein the blocking device (70) can be moved to a releasing position (B) through an axial actuation of the handle from a first position to a second position along the axis of rotation (D). In order to ensure increased security against unauthorized actuation of the fitting or the mechanism connected to the fitting in the window or door, and to obtain a fitting that is easy to manipulate and inexpensive to produce, the handle (10) is decoupled from the drive pin (40) in the first position (I), wherein the blocking device (70) is then in the blocking position (A), and the coupling element (50) couples the handle (10) and the drive pin (40) in the second position, and keeps the blocking device (70) in the releasing position (B). When the second position is reached, the handle is coupled to the drive pin, and unlocks it for the actuation of the mechanism.

The vane rotor includes a supply oil passage that is configured to communicate with an external oil passage, and a rotational phase of the sprocket is changed when the vane rotor is rotated relative to the sprocket. The filter is configured to filter hydraulic oil, which is conducted in a connection oil passage that is configured to connect between the external oil passage and the supply oil passage. The shim is placed between the driven shaft and the filter.

A valve opening-closing timing control device includes a valve case in which an inner space is formed in a direction along a rotational axis, and a valve unit accommodated in the inner space so as to be coaxial with the rotation axis and controlling fluid to and from an advance chamber and a retard chamber. The valve unit includes a check valve on an upstream side to which fluid is supplied. The check valve includes a valve seat in which a flow passage hole through which the fluid flows is formed, and a valve body including a closing portion that can close the flow passage hole. The valve seat includes a first projection portion to surround the flow passage hole. The check valve is closed by the closing portion contacting against the first projection portion, and is opened by the closing portion being separated from the first projection portion.

The driven rotating body has a supply hole penetrating in an axial direction. The filter unit has holes penetrating in the axial direction, and the holes are arranged in a flow path of the lubricating fluid connected to the supply hole.

A retard supply passage connects between a hydraulic oil supply source and a retard chamber through a hydraulic oil controller. An advance supply passage connects between the hydraulic oil supply source and an advance chamber through the hydraulic oil controller. A drain passage and a drain passage connect the retard chamber and the advance chamber to an oil discharge portion, respectively. A recycle passage connects the drain passage and the drain passage to the retard supply passage and the advance supply passage, respectively. A recycle check valve enables only a flow of hydraulic oil from the drain passages toward the retard supply passage and the advance supply passage in the recycle passage. The recycle passage is connected to the drain passages at an inside of the hydraulic oil controller.

Variable valve timing control device

A variable valve timing control device includes a drive-side rotational body, a driven-side rotational body, a connecting bolt coaxially disposed with a rotary axis and connecting the driven-side rotational body to a camshaft, the connecting bolt formed with an advanced-angle port and a retarded-angle port from an outer circumferential surface of the connecting bolt through an inner space, a valve unit disposed at the inner space of the connecting bolt, and a check valve provided at an upstream in a supplying direction of fluid relative to the valve unit. The check valve includes a seat member formed with at least one circulation port at a position being away from the rotary axis; and a valve body configured to close the circulation port at a downstream in the supplying direction of the fluid relative to the seat member, the valve body including an opening portion about the rotary axis.

A variable valve timing control device includes a drive-side rotational body, a driven-side rotational body, a connecting bolt being coaxially disposed with a rotary axis and connecting the driven-side rotational body to a camshaft, a valve unit including a spool being disposed at an inner space of the connecting bolt and supplying and discharging a fluid to and from an advanced-angle chamber and a retarded-angle chamber, the valve unit discharging the fluid from an opening of a head portion of the connection bolt when the spool controls the fluid, and a reservoir being coaxially disposed with the rotary axis that is positioned laterally, the reservoir accumulating the fluid discharged from the opening of the head portion from which the fluid is configured to be sucked.

A center bolt oil control valve including a valve housing, a piston within the valve housing, and a calibration cap having at least a pressure check valve and filter. The calibration cap is located within the valve housing and is extending out an end of the valve housing. A supply pressure port may be placed in the valve housing, wherein the supply pressure port supplies a hydraulic fluid to ports in the valve housing depending on a position of the piston. The valve housing includes a threaded portion and is fastened to a cam nose with the threated portion, wherein a supply pressure port of the cam nose is adjacent the threaded portion. This valve provides improved design flexibility, especially for axial constrained applications.
