SWIRLING PINTLE INJECTORS
An injector includes a housing including a fluid passage extending from an inlet of the housing to an outlet end of the housing. An actuator is mounted within the housing. A pintle extends along a longitudinal axis from an actuator end to a pintle head. The actuator end of the pintle is operatively connected to the actuator for actuation along the longitudinal axis. A tip member is mounted to the outlet end of the housing. The tip member includes an outlet orifice and a pintle seat. In a seated position of the pintle, the pintle head blocks flow to the outlet orifice. In an open position of the pintle, the pintle head allows flow. The pintle head includes a swirl passage therein, wherein the swirl passage is angled tangential relative to the longitudinal axis to induce swirl on flow passing between the pintle head and the pintle seat.
Injector
An injector for injecting fuel, which is introduced from a fuel rail, into an engine to supply the fuel thereto is provided. In particular, the injector includes a housing, an electromagnetic generation unit accommodated in the housing and formed to generate an electromagnetic field when electric power is applied thereto, a core inserted into a fuel-rail-side end of a bobbin to form a magnetic circuit using the generated electromagnetic field, a lead pipe inserted into an engine-side end of the bobbin to form the magnetic circuit by coupling with the core, a molding unit formed to enclose the electromagnetic generation unit and an outer peripheral surface of the core to block introduction of moisture, and a cover coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the core to constitute the magnetic circuit together with the core.
FLUID VALVE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SUPPLY OF FLUID
A fluid valve which has a first valve assembly, having a valve needle, and an electromagnetic actuating device is disclosed. The electromagnetic actuating device has an armature, which is coupled to the valve needle, and a pole piece. The armature has on an armature stop side which is opposite the pole piece an armature stop surface, and the pole piece has on a pole piece stop side which is opposite the armature a pole piece stop surface. For advantageous refinement, it is proposed that the first valve assembly has a deformable first ring element and a deformable second ring element, wherein, in a view along the longitudinal central axis, an inner contour of the first ring element extends outside an outer contour of the second ring element. The invention also relates to a method for controlling the supply of fluid by means of a fluid valve according to the invention.
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes a valve body, a fixed core, a movable core, a spring, a cup, and a guide. The cup contacts the spring and the valve body to transmit a valve closing elastic force to the valve body, and includes a cylindrical portion having a cylindrical shape. The guide has a sliding surface on which an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion slides so as to guide the movement of the cylindrical portion in an axial direction while restricting the movement of the cylindrical portion in a radial direction. The guide has a recessed surface connected to the sliding surface and recessed to increase a gap between the recessed surface and the cup in the radial direction.
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes a valve body, a fixed core, a movable core, a spring and a cup. The movable core has a first core contact surface which contacts the valve body when the movable core is moved by a predetermined distance away from a nozzle hole, and a second core contact surface which contacts the cup when the movable core is moved away from the nozzle hole. The movable core, the cup and the valve body form a fuel storage chamber which is surrounded by the movable core, the cup and the valve body to accumulate fuel. The first core contact surface is located inside the fuel storage chamber. The first core contact surface and the second core contact surface have a communication groove through which the inside and the outside of the fuel storage chamber communicate with each other.
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes a valve body, a fixed core, a movable core, a spring, and a cup. The spring is elastically deformed according to valve opening operation of the valve body, and exerts a valve closing elastic force for closing the valve body. The cup contacts a valve closing contact surface of the valve body, and transmits the valve closing elastic force to the valve body. At a start of predetermined-distance movement of the movable core together with the cup, the cup is in contact with the valve closing contact surface, and the valve body or the cup has a supply flow channel through which fuel is supplied to the valve body closing contact surface which is in a state contacting the cup.
Fuel injection valve
The present invention includes a valve seat and a valve body that cooperatively open/close a fuel passage, a movable element having the valve body provided at one end part thereof and a movable iron core 27a provided at the other end part thereof, a fixed iron core 25 which faces the movable iron core 27a and which attracts the movable iron core 27a by applying a magnetic attraction force thereto, and a cylindrical member that includes thereinside the fixed iron core 25 and the movable iron core 27a. The fixed iron core 25 includes a reduced-diameter part 25m on an outer circumferential surface at the side facing the movable iron core 27a, and the movable iron core 27a includes a reduced-diameter part 27am on an outer circumferential surface at the side facing the fixed iron core 25.
Two step metering solenoid for fluid dispenser
A metering system for a fluid atomizer includes a housing, first and second metering members, and at least one solenoid. The housing includes a mixing chamber. The first metering member is operable to control flow of a first fluid to the mixing chamber. The second metering member is arranged coaxial with the first metering member and operable to control flow of a second fluid to the mixing chamber. The at least one solenoid is configured to operate at least one of the first and second metering members.
Electromagnetic valve
Provided is an electromagnetic valve capable of stabilizing an injection amount even when injection is performed while an intermediate member continues to be displaced after valve closing and returns to a closed valve standby state. For that purpose, a valve body 303 opens or closes a flow path. A movable iron core 404 moves the valve body 303 in a valve opening direction using a magnetic attraction force. An intermediate member 414 forms a preliminary stroke gap (g1) between the movable iron core 404 and the valve body 303 in a closed valve state. A stopper portion 410c collides with the intermediate member 414 when the intermediate member 414 moves in a direction in which the preliminary stroke gap (g1) is reduced.
