A mobile thick matter pump for conveying thick matter includes a trailer chassis, a pump unit, and a drive motor. The pump unit is arranged on the trailer chassis. The drive motor is arranged on the trailer chassis and configured to drive the pump unit to convey thick matter. The pump unit is arranged eccentrically on the trailer chassis such that the pump unit is laterally offset in a first direction relative to a longitudinal center plane of the trailer chassis. The drive motor is arranged eccentrically on the trailer chassis such that the drive motor is laterally offset relative to the longitudinal center plane in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Hydraulic system

A hydraulic system, preferably for actuating and engaging a mobile slurry pump, includes a primary circuit, actuating a first hydraulic consumer, which circuit has a hydraulic drive assembly including at least one motor-driven hydraulic pump. The hydraulic system further includes a secondary circuit, actuating a second hydraulic consumer, which circuit has a second hydraulic drive assembly including at least one additional motor-driven hydraulic pump. In a first operating state, hydraulic oil from a common tank can be admitted to the hydraulic consumers arranged in the primary circuit and in the secondary circuit via the hydraulic drive assemblies thereof, independently of one another. In a second operating state, a portion of the hydraulic oil is supplied from the primary circuit to the secondary circuit to actuate the second consumer.

Compressor device and compression method

A compressor device for compressing a gas in at least one compression chamber in at least one compression cylinder is disclosed. In each of at least two drive cylinders, at least one drive piston is disposed, said at least one drive piston dividing each of the at least two drive cylinders into two drive chambers. The at least one first and second drive chamber, by way of a hydraulic fluid, are able to be periodically impinged with a fluid pressure in order for the respective drive piston to be moved. Each of the remaining drive chambers in the at least two drive cylinders, by way of a connection piece, are connected in a non-positive locking manner by a fluid. The movement of the drive pistons by way of at least one mechanical connection means is able to be transmitted to at least one compression piston.

SYSTEM FOR HIGH PRESSURE, HIGH SHEAR PROCESSING OF FLUIDS

A method for high fluid shear processing of a fluid uses an isolator that has a first sub-chamber for containing a first fluid and a second sub-chamber for containing a second fluid defined by a separator positioned in the chamber and movable between a first end of the chamber and a second end of the chamber. The two sub-chambers are in pressure communication with each other but are not in fluid communication with each other. A first fluid is pumped at an ultrahigh pressure into the first-sub chamber, and the pressure in the first sub-chamber causes a second fluid to be processed to be discharged from the second sub-chamber into a processing valve. A system is also provided for performing the steps of this method.

Hydraulic drive system for cryogenic pump

A drive system for a cryogenic pump is provided including a spool housing having a plurality of valves disposed therein about a pump axis and a tappet housing including a plurality of tappet bores, each tappet bore in communication with a respective one of the plurality of valves. A collection cavity collects hydraulic fluid from the tappet bores. A pump flange includes a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. An inlet manifold directs hydraulic fluid received through the fluid inlet to each of the plurality of valves. An outlet manifold directs hydraulic fluid from each of the valves and the collection cavity to the fluid outlet.
