The pump has simple structure, convenient fabrication and low cost.
MULTI-PRESSURE INTEGRATED AIR PUMP
A high and low-pressure integrated air pump includes a single housing including an air inlet and an air outlet. A high-pressure pump is disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a first outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet. A low-pressure pump is also disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a second outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet.
Built-in air pump assembly
A pump assembly is provided for use with an inflatable product. The inflatable product has a chamber having an air inlet and an air outlet. The pump assembly has a pump unit that is positioned inside the chamber for inflating and deflating the chamber, the pump unit having at least one motor that is operatively coupled to a first blower and a second blower, with the first blower fluidly coupled to the air inlet and the second blower fluidly coupled to the air outlet. The chamber is inflated by intake of air through the air inlet to the first blower and then into the chamber, and the chamber is deflated by drawing air from the chamber to the second blower and then out of the chamber through the air outlet.
DIVERSIFIED AND REMOVABLE PUMP SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INFLATING AND DEFLATING INFLATABLE OBJECTS
The present disclosure relates to pump systems having multiple, diverse applications and uses for use with inflatable products. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to pump systems where inflation or deflation of the associated inflatable product may be accomplished in more than one way while using a single pump. For example, by utilizing electronic means or, alternatively, manual means to inflate or deflate an inflatable product.
Smart electric air pump
A smart air pump comprises a housing defining an accommodating chamber. A main air pump is located in the accommodating chamber for inflating or discharging air from an inflatable body. The main air pump includes a cover defining an inlet and an outlet port. The cover divides the accommodating chamber into an impeller and a driving chamber. An air replenishing pump is located in the accommodating chamber. A driving switch, located in the driving chamber, connects to the main air pump. A central control unit electrically connects to the main air pump, the air replenishing pump, and the driving switch. The central control unit comprises a time control module configured to initiate periodic replenishment of air to the inflatable body. The time control module has a setting module and a counting module. An inflatable device including a smart air pump is also disclosed herein.
Internal and external dual-purpose air pump, inflatable product and lifting handle device
Provided are an internal and external dual-purpose air pump, an inflatable product and a lifting handle device; the internal and external dual-purpose air pump includes a machine core, including a housing having an accommodating chamber and an inflating device arranged in the accommodating chamber; the housing is provided with an air outlet and an air suction inlet respectively in the bottom and top ends, and the air outlet and the air suction inlet can both communicate with the accommodating chamber; and the housing is slidably connected with a buckling member, which can move relative to the housing, thereby the machine core is buckled into or detached from a product to be inflated through the buckling member; the inflating device works to send air flow out through the air outlet and/or suction air flow through the air suction inlet. The inflatable product includes the internal and external dual-purpose air pump.
Electric air pump system
An electric air pump system includes a housing in fluid communication with an inflatable body, a first valve, a first air pump for inflating and deflating the inflatable body, a second air pump for inflating the inflatable body, an air pressure sensor configured to detect the inner pressure of the inflatable body, and first and second prompting devices. The system also includes a control device electrically coupled to the first and second air pumps, the air pressure sensor, and the first and second prompting devices. The first prompting device outputs a first indication signal when the inner pressure is less than or equal to a first air pressure threshold and the second prompting device outputs a second indication signal when the second air pump inflates the inflatable body.
REVERSIBLE AIR DEFLECTOR AND VENTILATION SYSTEM
A two-part reversible air deflector for reversing the flow direction of air pumped by a radial fan with constant rotation direction and a ventilation system formed of ventilation installations with use of reversible air deflectors, wherein the air deflector is divided into the suction-inlet body and the separate compression-outlet body, each of them having the frontal through opening surrounded with an annular protrusion wherein both bodies and of the deflector are arranged opposite a fixed partition having a round through opening with its edge of a funnel outline surrounded on two sides with a pair of annular protrusions in such a manner that the common axis X of frontal openings of the bodies is aligned with the axis of the round opening of the partition.
ELECTRIC AIR PUMP FOR INFLATABLE PRODUCT
An electric air pump for an inflatable product includes an air pump, a hand wheel switch, an air switching cylinder, a diverter, a check valve and an air pump assembly. A second vent of the hand wheel switch selectively communicates with the diverter through the air switching cylinder. The air pump assembly has a pump chamber, an air inlet and an air outlet. An air switching hole of the diverter can selectively communicate with the first accommodating chamber. By switching different airflow passages, the inflation and deflation efficiency can be improved, and the service life of the motor can be prolonged.
INFLATING PUMP
An inflating pump includes an enclosure having an exterior shell and an enclosing wall located in the exterior shell and enclosing an airflow passage, and a discharge space formed between the exterior shell and the enclosing wall; an air blower connected to the enclosing wall; two air delivery pipes; and an airflow switching mechanism including a fixed seat having a plurality of chambers separately communicable with the airflow passage, the discharge space, the air blower and the two air delivery pipe, and a turnable member being turnable relative to the fixed seat for some of the chambers to communicate with one another to allow airflow pushed out from the air blower to flow through the airflow passage, the discharge space or the two air delivery pipes. Therefore, the inflating pump can inflate and deflate an inflatable air bed when the air blower constantly produces airflow in the same direction.
