Automatic control system and method for joystick control-based construction equipment
According to the present invention, a hydraulic system of construction equipment is implemented as a close center system, which converts an input signal of an electric or hydraulic joystick into a speed signal of a work apparatus, and controls a speed of the work apparatus regardless of an external load condition, thereby minimizing fatigue of a worker to improve work efficiency, improving a work apparatus operation ability of an unskilled person, and patterning standardized work to implement automation of construction equipment.

A system, including: a fluidic actuator which can be acted upon by a pressurized fluid and has an actuator member, a pressurized fluid provision device which is adapted to carry out a position control of the actuator member and, within the position control, to act upon the fluidic actuator with the pressurized fluid in order to move the actuator member into a prescribed position, and a hose arrangement, including at least one hose via which the fluidic actuator is fluidically connected to the pressurized fluid provision device, wherein the pressurized fluid provision device is adapted to carry out the position control taking into account a system model describing the hose arrangement, the actuator and/or the pressurized fluid provision device.
Valve group and inlet module of a valve group
A valve group includes an inlet module and at least one service module connected to the inlet module, the inlet module having a housing, a pressure port, a pressure gallery, a tank port, a tank gallery, a spool movable in the housing to interrupt in a first position a connection between the pressure port and the pressure gallery and to connect in a second position the pressure port and the pressure gallery. A first pressure transducer is provided to detect a first pressure in the pressure gallery and a second pressure transducer is provided to detect a second pressure in the tank gallery, the pressure transducers being connected to a controller determining the position of the spool based on the pressures read from the pressure transducers.
Vent with valve
A valve has a housing which has at least two fluid openings, through which fluid can flow, and a further opening, at least one valve seat which is assigned to one of the fluid openings, and at least one closure member which is adjustable to release and/or close the at least one valve seat, the at least one valve seat which adjoins a cavity through which fluid can flow being formed on a housing part. The valve includes a sensor device which closes the opening in a fluid-tight manner and can acquire data about the fluid is arranged in the further opening. A valve island is furthermore described.
Hydraulic control system
A hydraulic control system includes a first hydraulic cylinder, a second hydraulic cylinder, a fluid supply apparatus, a first control valve bank, a second control valve bank, a third control valve bank, and a first check valve. The first control valve bank is configured to independently control the first hydraulic cylinder; the second control valve bank is configured to independently control the second hydraulic cylinder; and the third control valve bank is configured to synchronously control the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder. Synchronous volume control is implemented through series connection of the hydraulic cylinders, and has quite high synchronization precision, which is measured to be up to two percent.
METHOD FOR COMMISSIONING A PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR DEVICE, COMMISSIONING SYSTEM AND CONTROL MODULE
A method for commissioning a pneumatic actuator device, which includes a pneumatic drive cylinder and a pneumatic control module mounted on the pneumatic drive cylinder, wherein a plurality of commissioning steps to be carried out for commissioning are displayed by means of a graphical display device separate from the control module, the graphical display device in particular being a tablet computer or a mobile telephone, and wherein a control module state is being transmitted from the control module to the display device via a communication link between the control module and the display device, and the commissioning steps are being displayed taking into account the transmitted control module state.
Valve device and method for anticipating failure in a solenoid valve assembly in a manifold assembly
A solenoid valve assembly has a valve body in which a spool is slidably mounted and operated by a solenoid having a coil. A manifold member has a plurality of flow paths for supplying and discharging pressurized fluid to and from ports of the solenoid valve assembly. An intermediate block is interposed between the valve body and the manifold member. The intermediate block has a plurality of through holes for connecting ports of the manifold member to ports on the valve body. At least one sensor is housed in the intermediate block for sensing at least one of pressure and flow in at least one of the through holes.
SOLENOID VALVE CONTROL DEVICE
A second communication circuit of each of solenoid valve modules other than a terminal solenoid valve module receives a signal from a switching line located in the next-stage solenoid valve module, and the second communication circuit of the terminal solenoid valve module that receives no signal from the switching line transmits a solenoid valve control signal and signals related to diagnostic information of the plurality of solenoid valve modules to a communication module via a receiving line.
PNEUMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A pneumatic control system includes a manifold that defines: a channel for conveying a fluid, a discharge port, a drain port, and an expansion chamber defining a chamber axis. The discharge port defines a flow axis extending between a first end and second end and a receiving region at the second end. The pneumatic control system also includes a filter assembly with a filter member disposed in the expansion chamber, and an actuator configured to selectively control fluid communication between the channel and the discharge port. The chamber axis is substantially coplanar with the flow axis. A filter cap assembly includes a filter cap body enclosing an end of the expansion chamber and selectively removable from the manifold to provide access to the filter assembly. A purge valve body is configured to selectively control fluid flow between the expansion chamber and the drain port.
Device and method for monitoring response time in a valve manifold assembly
A field bus solenoid valve assembly has a sensor for detecting the commencement of an actuation cycle for moving a piston in a cylinder and piston assembly. A position sensor detects an end position of a piston in a cylinder and piston assembly at the end of the actuation cycle. A timer times the elapsed time between the initiation of the actuation cycle of the piston and when the position sensor for detecting an end position detects the piston in its end position at the end of the actuation cycle. A comparator operably connected to a storage device and the sensors for comparing elapsed time from the sensors to a normalized time or profile and a predetermined tolerance boundary in the storage device. An alarm device is actuated if the elapsed time is outside of the set tolerance boundary.
