BEARING SEAL AND ITS APPLICATIONS
A bearing seal provides a first sealing member to be secured to a shoulder on one side of a first bearing ring and a second sealing member that can be secured to a shoulder on the same side of a second bearing ring. A labyrinth seal gap is formed between the first sealing member and the second sealing member, which has at least one tooth-shaped turn. On the basis of the above bearing seal, the present invention further provides a rolling bearing that employs the bearing seal on an axial side thereof.
Lubricant supply device, method for manufacturing the same, and rolling sliding device
A lubricant supply device includes a porous body including a first porous portion and a second porous portion in contact with the first porous portion, the porous body being impregnated with a lubricant. A penetration depth of the lubricant in the second porous portion is larger than a penetration depth of the lubricant in the first porous portion.
Rolling bearing
A rolling bearing includes an outer bearing race and an inner bearing race defining a bearing space therebetween. Rolling elements are mounted in the bearing space. A seal device is at one axial opening of the bearing space and includes a metal ring member with through holes configured such that lubricating oil can pass through the through holes and solid foreign substances cannot pass through the through holes. One of the outer bearing race and the inner bearing race is stationary, and the other is rotatable. The metal ring member is in engagement with the stationary bearing race. A metal or resin sub-ring member, which is a separate member from the metal ring member, is fixed to the rotatable bearing race. Between the metal ring member and the metal or resin sub-ring member, a gap is defined which constitutes a labyrinth seal structure.
Magnetic fluid sealed bearing and fishing reel having the magnetic fluid sealed bearing
Provided is a magnetic fluid sealed bearing with which torque can be reduced without impairing a water and dust proof effect. A magnetic fluid sealed bearing according to the present disclosure includes a magnetic fluid retained by a ring-shaped magnet in an opening between an inner ring and an outer ring to seal a plurality of rolling members. The magnet is magnetized such that their magnetic poles point to an axial direction. The bearing further includes a ring-shaped outer polar plate and a ring-shaped inner polar plate sandwiching the ring-shaped magnet therebetween, one side of the polar plates being fixed to one of the inner ring and the outer ring, and the other side of the polar plates facing a clearance.
Rolling bearing and cage
A rolling bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements, and a cage. The cage includes an annular body, a plurality of cage prongs, and guide portions placed inward of the cage prongs in the radial direction of the cage such that the guide portions extend from a radially inner part of the annular body toward a second side in the axial direction of the cage, the guide portions being configured to position the cage by making contact with an inner ring raceway. The cage has a groove so as to connect pockets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, the groove being configured such that lubricant is present in the groove and a groove width of the groove is increased in the radial direction in the center of the groove in the circumferential direction.
Bearing seal and rolling bearing with seal
A bearing seal is fitted into a seal groove formed in an outer race, and firmly mounted to the outer race. First detent ribs and second detent ribs are formed on both surfaces of one side of a seal base plate made of rubber and having the shape of a strip. When one side of the seal base plate is fitted into the seal groove formed in an inner diameter surface of the outer race, the first detent ribs and second detent ribs come into elastic contact with the side surfaces of the seal groove, respectively, so as to prevent the bearing seal from being pulled out of the seal groove.
Bearing for a Medical or Cosmetic Instrument
The disclosure relates to a rolling bearing for a medical or cosmetic instrument having a bearing inner ring revolving around an axis of rotation and a stationary bearing outer ring, which concentrically encloses the bearing inner ring; wherein in the radial direction to the axis of rotation, a bearing gap is formed between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring and a plurality of rolling bodies is arranged in succession in the circumferential direction in the bearing gap, via which the bearing inner ring is mounted in the bearing outer ring; wherein the rolling bodies are arranged rolling on the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring and have a rolling body height in the radial direction; and the bearing gap is covered in the axial direction by a cover disk, which is fastened on the bearing outer ring or on a housing accommodating the bearing outer ring or is integrally formed with the housing or the bearing outer ring, and which jointly with the bearing inner ring forms a radial gap extending in the axial direction with a gap length, which gap has a gap height in the radial direction.
The rolling bearing according to the invention disclosure is characterized in that the gap length is at least 25% of the rolling body height.
ROLLING BEARING HAVING IMPROVED SEALABILITY
A sealing member of a rolling bearing is formed in a structure in which an elastic sealing portion is attached to a frame, and the elastic sealing portion may comprise a first sealing portion formed on one end portion of the frame and a second sealing portion formed on the other end portion of the frame. The first sealing portion may be inserted into and mounted to a coupling groove formed in the second member, and the second sealing portion may comprise an axial sealing lip extending in the axial direction from the frame and a radial sealing lip extending in the radial direction from the frame. The axial sealing lip and the radial sealing lip of the second sealing portion may be positioned adjacent to the first member and may be configured to perform a sealing in a non-contact manner.
Steering system with pivot bearing
A steering system for a motor vehicle has a worm gear set, comprising a worm wheel and a worm shaft, wherein the worm shaft is rotatably mounted at least one bearing point in a housing of the worm gear set by means of a pivot bearing. The pivot bearing has an increased load capacity compared to a pivot bearing with a single-row standard deep groove ball bearing. A pivot bearing for a steering system has an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein a plurality of rolling elements is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. One of the bearing rings is designed as a full ring and the other bearing ring as a split bearing ring, the split bearing ring having a first ring element and a second ring element.
SEAL STRUCTURE OF DRIVE DEVICE
A seal structure of a drive device is provided which includes a case in which a motor chamber for accommodating an electric motor and a gear chamber for accommodating a gear mechanism are located adjacent to each other, a partition that separates the motor chamber and the gear chamber, a bearing that supports a rotating shaft, a seal part that seals between the rotating shaft and the partition, a lubricating oil that lubricates the gear mechanism, and a coolant that cools the electric motor, and also includes a first bearing on the motor chamber side, a second bearing on the gear chamber side, a first seal part on the motor chamber side, a second seal part on the gear chamber side, and at least the second seal part of the first seal part and the second seal part is provided between the first bearing and the second bearing.
