The disc brake boot includes: a main body formed with a hollow that runs lengthwise through which a guide rod passes and is coupled; a first outer projection that is formed on an outer side of the main body in such a way as to protrude a set distance from one edge of the main body, along the perimeter of the main body; and a second outer projection that is formed on the outer side of the main body in such a way as to protrude a set distance along the perimeter of the main body, spaced apart from the first outer projection.

Disc brake device

A disc brake device includes flat springs assembled in a support body and holding the brake pad back plates. The flat springs have a C-shaped part provided with: a connection surface part comprising a pad-receiving surface part; an outer circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially outward direction; and an inner circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially inward direction. Each flat spring also has a tongue-shaped part that: extends towards the connection surface part from the tip region of the inner circumferential surface part in the rotor circumferential direction; elastically engages an inner circumferential wall of a recess at a tip region of the tongue-shaped part; and biases the pad-receiving surface part towards a base wall of the recess.

CONCEALED DUAL MOVING DISC BRAKE
20170284487 · 2017-10-05 ·

The present invention discloses a concealed dual moving disc brake, comprising left and light calipers, static discs, moving discs, and a drawing arm and brake cable. The calipers are fixed together via a caliper-fastening screw. The static discs are riveted within the calipers. In rolling paths of the static discs, a left and a right steel ball are provided. The drawing arm is mounted inside the static discs. The brake pads are moved toward each other during braking, such that the disc is located centrally without deformation to prolong service life. Simple and easy mounting adjustment is performed, only if the brake lever is held to lock the disc brake. The drawing arm is concealed within the head cover to form a succinct and aesthetic appearance. This product is the connection between the high-end mechanical disc brake and the low-end oil pressure disc brake with significant market prospect and potential.

PAD, ASSEMBLY, CLAMP AND METHOD FOR BRAKE DISC

A pad for a brake caliper for a disc brake of a vehicle having a caliper body and a brake disc adapted to abut against a braking band of the brake disc. The pad has at least one plate and one friction material supported by the plate. The plate has a first side and a second side arranged at opposite tangential ends of the plate. The plate also has at least a first side ear and at least a second side ear. The two ears are each provided with slots. The two slots are adapted to accommodate corresponding associable pins mounted to the caliper body with clearance.

Disc brake for a utility vehicle

A brake caliper is fastened to a stationary brake carrier by two fastening elements such that the caliper can slide axially relative to the brake disc. The fastening elements each have a guide bar fixedly connected to the brake carrier, of which guide bars, one guide bar is guided as a fixed bearing and the other guide bar is guided in a plain bearing, which is designed as a floating bearing having a floating bearing axis. The floating bearing has a guide bush, which reaches around the guide bar and is retained in a caliper bore such that sliding is prevented. A first tubular, variable-length seal is arranged on the end region of the guide bar far from the brake disc, which seals the guide bar from the environment and is fastened on the guide bar and in the guide bush. The first tubular, variable-length seal is clamped on the guide bar by a cap pressed into the guide bar. The first tubular, variable-length seal has a ring section, which is inserted in a peripheral groove between a covering section, a collar, and a section of an outer surface. The ring section is retained by the section of the outer surface such that the ring section is secured in the radially inward direction with respect to the floating bearing axis. The ring section is retained by the covering section such that the ring section is secured in the radially outward direction with respect to the floating bearing axis.

CALIPER BRAKE APPARATUS

Disclosed is a caliper brake apparatus. The caliper brake apparatus includes: a housing that includes a piston capable of moving straight; a carrier that is combined with the housing and mounted on a vehicle such that a disc of the vehicle is positioned therein; a pair of pad plates that is brought in close contact with the disc by straight movement of the piston; and a pair of guides that couple the pad plates and the carrier to each other, in which the pad plates each may have a sliding groove at both sides and the guides each have elastic members that can slide along the sliding grooves. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure sufficient gaps between a disc of a vehicle and the pad plates when the pad plates are separated from the disc after being strongly pressed to the disc of a vehicle.
