Integrated Radiator Provided with Water Chamber, Control Panel and Water Pump
The invention relates to the technical field of water-cooling radiators, in particular to an integrated radiator provided with a water chamber, a control panel, and a water pump. The control panel is provided with a port set electrically connected with the control panel. According to the integrated radiator, the water pump assembly is integrated on the cooler through reasonable design, so that the weight of a block is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, wires of a fan and the block are connected to the port set on the control panel to be prevented from being suspended in a case, so that the internal attractiveness of the case is improved; besides, more cooling liquid is contained, so that the service life of the integrated water-cooling radiator is prolonged.

COLLECTOR TUBE FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER
A collector tube for a heat exchanger, which may have at least one flat tube, may include at least one recess, through which a separator may be inserted into the collector tube in an insertion position. The separator may have a separating wall comprising a separating wall thickness, wherein a clearance fit may be present between the separating wall and the recess in response to the insertion of the separator. The separating wall may provide at least one elevation to attain an increase of the separating wall thickness in a subarea of the separator. In the insertion position of the separator, the at least one elevation may be arranged in an area of the recess. In the insertion position, a press fit may be present between the at least one elevation and the recess.
COLLECTOR TUBE FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER
A collector tube for a heat exchanger having at least one flat tube, may include a base and a cover arranged opposite the base. The base and the cover may define a longitudinal duct. The base may include at least one passage having an opening configured to accommodate the at least one flat tube of the heat exchanger. The opening may have at least one wide edge and at least one narrow edge. The longitudinal duct may have, in a cross section, a diameter that is smaller than the at least one wide edge of the opening. The at least one passage may include a collar extending away from the longitudinal duct.
Heat exchanger
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) comprising: a heat exchange core bundle (3) in which a first heat-transfer fluid circulates, at least one inlet tank (5a) or outlet tank (5b) for a second heat-transfer fluid, at least one collector (7) arranged on the periphery of the heat exchange core bundle (3) and comprising a lateral wall (75) of which at least two portions (77) are folded over so as to fix the tank (5a, 5b) by crimping against the heat exchange core bundle (3),
the lateral wall (75) following the contour of at least one corner of the heat exchange core bundle (7), said lateral wall (75) comprising, on each side of the corner, a folded-over portion (77) and comprising in the region of said corner a non-folded-over portion (79), the folded-over portions (77) being connected continuously to the non-folded over portion (79).
Outdoor heat exchanger
The present invention relates to an outdoor heat exchanger, and more particularly, to a down flow type outdoor heat exchanger having channels of at least three paths in a heat pump system for vehicles, in which a flux distribution means protruded in a height direction is further formed in a lower tank in which the channel is changed from an upward direction to a downward direction or from a downward direction to an upward direction to block some area of a lower portion thereof so as to prevent a refrigerant from being non-uniformly distributed while a flux is concentrated toward a rear side of the channel due to a fluid inertia in an area in which the flow path is changed, thereby delaying frosting upon heating.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of flat pipes each having flat surfaces directed upward and downward, wherein the flat pipes are arranged in an up-down direction and extend in a fin stacking direction intersecting an air flow direction; and a plurality of heat transfer fins stacked in the fin stacking direction and each including: a plurality of cutouts into which the flat pipes are inserted, respectively, wherein the cutouts extend from a leeward side toward a windward side in the air flow direction; a plurality of fin main parts each formed between the cutouts adjacent to each other in the up-down direction; a fin windward part continuously extending from the fin main parts in the air flow direction toward the windward side of the cutouts; and a fin collar part extending from a peripheral portion of each of the cutouts toward one side in the fin stacking direction.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONER
A heat exchanger including: a header; flat tubes connected to the header and disposed in line along a longitudinal direction of the header; a first partition that partitions an inner space of the header into a first space on a side where the flat tubes are connected and a second space on a side opposite to the first space; and a second partition that partitions the inner space of the header into a first side and a second side. The first side is one side of the header in the longitudinal direction and the second side is opposite to the first side. The first partition has a common opening. The common opening includes an insertion opening and a refrigerant opening. A refrigerant moves between the first space and the second space via the refrigerant opening. The second partition is inserted into the insertion opening.
Liquid cooling radiation system and liquid radiator thereof
Disclosed is a liquid cooling radiation system. The technical solution used by the present invention to solve the technical problem is: the liquid cooling radiation system comprises: a radiation device, comprising cooling pipes and a radiation structure device arranged on the cooling pipes; a pumping device, integrally arranged between the cooling pipes and generating power so that a coolant circulates within the cooling pipes; a heat absorption device, attached to a heating device and having a heat conduction effect with the heating device; a pipeline, used for connecting the radiation device and the heat absorption device. On the basis of existing products, the present invention utilises a solution wherein a liquid pump main body and a radiator are integrally arranged together. Thus, the radiation of a fan is used to take away heat on the radiator and heat generated by a pump power main body (i.e. a motor) itself is also taken away, thereby extending the service life of the motor. In addition, the occupied space is significantly reduced, the heat transfer effect is significantly improved, and the production and assembly costs are reduced, so that product assembly is convenient and efficiency is high.
Heat exchanger having drain plug
A heat exchanger includes a drain assembly having a housing and a drain plug. The drain plug is movably disposed within the housing to extend along the same direction as a drain passage formed in the housing. The drain plug is movable along that same direction to selectively open or close the drain passage. Accordingly, the heat exchanger may be drained with a controllable directional flow.
