The communication hole 23 is provided between a second valve portion 21B and a third valve portion 21A and makes an intermediate communication passage 26 communicate with a third valve chamber 4. The second valve hole 12A is provided between a second valve chamber 6 and the third valve chamber 4. An amount of narrowing of the throttle valve portion 12 in relation to a stroke of a valve element 21 is large when the second valve portion 21B initially opens by separating from a second valve seat face 6A, and then becomes less after the initial opening of the valve. The capacity control valve is capable of shortening a start-up time and improving the operating efficiency of a variable capacity compressor.
VARIABLE-CAPACITY COMPRESSOR CONTROL VALVE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME
Provided are a variable-capacity compressor control valve with a reduced number of component machining steps, a reduced machining cost, a reduced number of components, and a reduced number of assembly steps as well as reduced sizes of components, and with a simple configuration that can adjust the bellows attachment length and can secure airtightness, and a method for assembling such a control valve. A closure member, which is adapted to close an upper-portion opening of a cylindrical stator on the side opposite to an attractor, is press-fitted into the upper-portion opening and welded therein.
Capacity control valve
A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a suction port through which a suction fluid of suction pressure passes, and a control port through which a control fluid of control pressure passes, a valve element configured to be driven by a solenoid, a spring that biases the valve element in the direction opposite to the driving direction by the solenoid, and a CS valve formed by a CS valve seat and the valve element and configured for opening and closing a communication between the control port and the suction port by movement of the valve element. The capacity control valve further includes a pressure receiving portion to which force in accordance with discharge pressure is applied in the axial direction of the valve element.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR
An object is to provide a variable displacement compressor in which a structure is simple and it is easy to lay out valves. On a downstream side of a first control valve that controls an opening degree of a pressure supply passage, a second control valve is provided, which includes a spool having a first valve portion and a second valve portion. When a pressure Pm of the pressure supply passage is higher than a pressure Pc of the crank chamber, the first valve portion opens the pressure supply passage, and the second valve portion closes the first pressure release passage. When the pressure Pm is lower than the pressure Pc, the first valve portion closes the pressure supply passage, and the second valve portion sets an opening degree of the first pressure release passage to a maximum opening degree.
Displacement control valve
A displacement control valve includes a valve housing, a valve element fitted in a guide passage of the valve housing, and a solenoid for driving the valve element to open and close it, a tapered portion is provided at one of an outer peripheral surface of the valve element and a guide surface of the guide passage, and a spiral groove is provided in the other, wherein the tapered portion is set such that a gap between the valve element and the guide passage is larger toward the low-pressure side than on the high-pressure side, and the tapered portion and the spiral groove are provided such that a starting point of the tapered portion is located within the region of the spiral groove in the entire range between the starting point and the ending point of the stroke of the valve element.
Capacity control valve
A capacity control valve includes: a valve housing provided with a suction port through which a suction fluid of a suction pressure passes and a control port through which a control fluid of a control pressure passes; a valve body driven by a solenoid; a spring that biases the valve body in a direction opposite to a direction of driving by the solenoid; a CS valve that includes a CS valve seat and the valve body, and that moves the valve body to open and close a communication between the control port and the suction port, the capacity control valve opening and closing the CS valve to control the control pressure, in which the control fluid of the control pressure is suppliable to a back side of the valve body.
Flow rate control valve
A valve in which a small driving force of a drive source is required when the valve is closed. A valve includes a valve housing and a valve body to be driven by a drive source, and controls a flow rate of a fluid flowing through a through-flow passage in a direction opposite a closing direction of the valve body, by moving the valve body from a control region to a closing region. The valve body has an effective pressure-receiving area where a pressure of the fluid acts on the valve body. The effective pressure-receiving area is switched between the effective pressure-receiving area in the control region and the effective pressure-receiving area in the closing region. The effective pressure-receiving area is smaller than the effective pressure-receiving area.
