Scroll compressor for compressing a refrigerant and method for oil enrichment and distribution
A scroll compressor and a method for oil enrichment and distribution, wherein the scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, two scrolls, a respective base plate, an eccentric drive, a drive shaft, an axis of rotation, a balance weight, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a counter-pressure space, and wherein a sealing washer is fixed on the first bearing at a side of the first bearing directed to the cavity of the rotatable balance weight and of the second bearing such that the sealing washer seals the first bearing on one side in a radially outer part of a region between an inner ring and an outer ring through which fluid can flow and is, at the same time, spaced from the inner ring in a radial manner such that a gap through which fluid can flow remains.
Rolling bearing assembly including a crimped sealing assembly having a grounding element
A rolling bearing assembly has a first ring including a first race, a second ring including a second race, and a plurality of rolling elements in rolling contact with the first and second races. The rolling bearing assembly also has a sealing assembly including a first end in contact with the first ring and a second end in contact with the second ring. The sealing assembly has a shield, a sealing element, and a grounding element. The shield has an attachment section in which a free end of the shield is crimped such that it is bent around the sealing element and the grounding element to thereby hold the shield, the sealing element, and the grounding element together with the shield in contact with the first ring and the grounding element in contact with the second ring. The sealing assembly thus creates an electrically conductive path between the first ring and the second ring.
ROLLING BEARING WITH IMPROVED SEALING DEVICE
A rolling bearing with sealing device provided on each side of the rolling bearing in order to prevent the entry of contaminants inside the rolling bearing, the rolling bearing having a non-rotating outer ring and a rotating inner ring and with a plurality of rolling bodies placed between them. The sealing device provided with first and second shields arranged axially in series between them across a cavity defined by the two rings, the first shields integral with the outer ring and the second shields integral with the inner ring and defining with the first shields an annular gap, which has a substantially constant axial thickness and is radially bounded by a first sealing labyrinth arranged in the region of the outer ring and a second sealing labyrinth arranged in the region of the inner ring.
Grease for rolling bearing, rolling bearing, rolling bearing device, and information recording and reproducing apparatus
A grease for a rolling bearing of an information recording and reproducing apparatus contains a base oil, a thickener, and at least one kind of an antioxidant selected from an amine-based antioxidant expressed by the General Formula (1), and a phenol-based antioxidant expressed by the General Formula (2). The base oil contains a refined mineral oil classified as Group III in a base oil category defined by the American Petroleum Institute, and the flash point of the refined mineral oil is 240 C. or higher.
Bearing unit with protection disc
A bearing unit may have a radially outer ring, a radially inner ring, a row of rolling bodies interposed between the radially outer ring and the radially inner ring, a casing inside which the rings of the bearing unit are housed. The bearing unit may further have a sealing device and a disc-like element for protecting the sealing device, made as one piece, entirely of plastic or composite material, axially external with respect to the sealing device, stably anchored in a seat of the casing and having a radial distance (d2) between a radially internal surface of the disc-like element and the radially inner ring ranging between 0.75 mm and 0.95 mm so as to block large-size external contaminants, without making contact with the radially inner ring.
Rolling bearing arrangement
A bearing arrangement is disclosed having a bearing and a bearing support. The bearing is coupled to the bearing support at an axial side. The bearing provides first and second bearing rings that define a bearing interior there between. A first groove is formed at the first bearing ring's radial side facing the second bearing ring. A coupling element is arranged at the bearing's axial side facing the bearing support. The coupling element includes a first, preferably nose-shaped, radial protrusion that is in engagement with the first groove, and a second radial protrusion, which at least partially encompasses the bearing support at a side facing away from the bearing, so that the coupling element fastens the bearing to the bearing support. A coupling element for such a bearing arrangement is also provided.
Grease for rolling bearing
A grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener and at least one kind of an antioxidant selected from an amine-based antioxidant and a phenol-based antioxidant expressed by the following respective general formulas (1) and 2: ##STR00001##
The base oil contains a poly--olefin and a mineral oil. A mass ratio of poly--olefin/mineral oil is 1.25 to 9.
BALL BEARING
A ball bearing includes an inner ring including an inner ring raceway surface on an outer periphery, an outer ring including an outer ring raceway surface on an inner periphery, a plurality of balls arranged between the inner ring raceway surface and the outer ring raceway surface, and a retainer including a plurality of pocket holes which respectively store the plurality of the balls, and arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. Grease is sealed between the inner ring and the outer ring. The inner periphery of the outer ring is contacted with outer peripheral surface of the retainer so as to guide the retainer. The inner periphery of the outer ring includes a grease storage groove which communicates with the outer ring raceway surface, only on one side in an axial direction of the outer ring with respect to the outer ring raceway surface.
