CONSUMABLE FOR USE WITH APPARATUS FOR HEATING AEROSOLISABLE MATERIAL
Described herein is a consumable for use with apparatus for heating aerosolizable material to volatilize at least one component of the aerosolizable material, the consumable comprising a hollow tube comprising a wound structure comprising aerosolizable material.
Cigarette core material capable of being ignited and heated at low temperature for smoking and preparation method thereof
A cigarette core material capable of being ignited and heated at low temperature for smoking includes 50-95% of slice shreds and 5-50% of cut tobacco by weight percentage. The slice shreds include 40-55% of tobacco film bases, 15-25% of tobacco refined extracts, 0-5% of flavors and fragrances, and 15-30% of smoke additives by weight percentage. The cigarette core material is prepared by mixing the slice shreds with the cut tobacco in a reasonable ratio. The cigarette core material provided by the present invention is able to be heated at low temperature for smoking, and be directly ignited for smoking while the smoking set is out of power, both of which have high-quality sensory experience and can maximize the applicability of cigarette cores. The present invention is a co-product of traditional tobacco and new tobacco. It is also a new product of new market segmentation in the international market.
MOIST TOBACCO PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MAKING
A portioned moist tobacco product with a super-hydrated membrane coating and method of manufacturing is disclosed. The super-hydrated membrane coating is formed by ionic cross-linking using two polymers. The soluble component of the super-hydrated membrane coating dissolves upon placement in the mouth, while the insoluble component maintains the tobacco within the coating for the duration of the use of the product. The moist tobacco product is soft and flexible so as to fit comfortably in an oral cavity when placed therein.

CONTROL OF PUFF PROFILE
Heat not burn products comprising an encapsulated aerosol generating agent, the encapsulation having the effect of controlling the release of the agent during use of the heat not burn product. The encapsulation will control the timing of the release of the aerosol generating agent during the use of the heat not burn product, to allow greater control of the puff yield. In the case of some aerosol generating agents, the encapsulation may also increase the stability of the agent and/or prevent its migration within the product.
METHODS AND MACHINES FOR POUCHING SMOKELESS TOBACCO AND TOBACCO SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS
A melt-blown fabric for pouching smokeless tobacco or a smokeless tobacco substitute can include melt-blown polymer fibers. The fabric can have a basis weight of less than 30 gsm and a tensile strength of at least 4 mJ in at least one predetermined direction. Method of making the fabric can include melt-blowing a polymeric material against a support surface and bonding the fibers or arranging them in a predetermined orientation. Pouched smokeless tobacco or tobacco substitute products including the fabrics provided herein can provide desirable flavor and tactile experience.
AEROSOL-GENERATING FILM
An aerosol-generating film having a tobacco content of less than 1 percent by weight is provided, the aerosol-generating film including: a cellulose based film-forming agent; a non-cellulose based thickening agent; water; nicotine; and a polyhydric alcohol, a content of cellulose based film-forming agent being at least about 14 wt percent weight and less than or equal to about 26 wt percent, and a content of water being less than about 30 wt percent and a content of polyhydric alcohol is at least about 30 wt percent.
SMOKELESS ARTICLE
A smokeless article for oral consumption including a pouch, the pouch including a porous substrate enclosing a content, the content having a nicotinic compound, wherein the porous substrate has a continuous coatl8ing of a non-porous, saliva-stable material, and wherein the coating is frangible, such that in use the coating fractures on chewing. Also described is a method of manufacturing a smokeless articles for oral consumption the method including applying a coating material to a sheet of a porous substrate to provide a coated sheet of porous substrate, the coated sheet of porous substrate having a continuous coating of a non-porous, saliva-stable material; a forming step; and a sealing step, wherein the coating formed by the coating material is frangible.
AEROSOL-GENERATING ARTICLE COMPRISING AN AEROSOL-GENERATING FILM
An aerosol-generating article is provided, including: a tubular carrier element defining a longitudinally extending internal cavity; and a layer of an aerosol-generating film applied to a portion of an inner surface of the tubular carrier element, such that an outer surface of the aerosol-generating film is exposed to the internal cavity of the tubular carrier element, the aerosol-generating film including at least 25 percent by weight of a polyhydric alcohol, and a thickness of the layer of the aerosol-generating film being between 0.05 millimeter and 1.0 millimeter. An aerosol-generating substrate for an aerosol-generating article, a method of making an aerosol-generating article, and an aerosol-generating system are also provided.
Nicotine Chew Device for Denture Users
The present invention relates generally to the field of chewing products. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nicotine chew device for denture users. The device can be used by a denture wearer in order to quit smoking by chewing the device to release nicotine. Further, the device is preferably comprised of a base, sweetener, softener/plasticizer agent, flavoring agent, coloring agent, and wax coating. In one embodiment, the chew may have a wax base and/or wax coating that does not stick to the surface of dentures. In various embodiments, the wax base and wax coating may be nicotine infused.
