DEVICE TO PROVIDE STIFFNESS AND HANG FOR A KNITTED NECK
The present invention refers to a device (100) specially designed to provide rigidity and fall to textile garments, which includes a laminar body with a globally rectangular cross section that at one of its ends has an angled tip (101), where said tip has at its end a rounding (102) which is responsible for shaping the tip, also has a beveled profile (103); in its middle section (104) it has a rectangular shape and is arranged to give an exact dimension to the size of a piece of fabric; in an area proximal to the lower part there are two pointed endings (105) located in each of the ends that in its lower part has a tongue (106). The invention also relates to a portion of fabric comprising said device and a garment.

Cap and method of manufacturing a cap
A baseball cap and method of assembling thereof is provided. The cap includes a crown that is formed from a single sheet or single piece of stretchable fabric, such as using heat pressing techniques. The cap further includes a support layer, such as made from buckram, which is attached to an interior, front portion of the crown, and a visor and a band which are attached to the crown. The crown has a hemispherical shape. In one example, the crown can include a back portion thereof which has been removed to form an open area across which an adjuster is attached. In another example, a front portion of the single-panel crown can be removed and replaced with a front panel made of a different material to form a modified crown.
Removable stiffener elements for an open collared shirt
A stiffener assembly for a shirt with an open collar includes a pair of stiffener pockets, and a pair of removable stiffener inserts to be inserted into the pair of stiffener pockets to hold the open collar of the shirt in a desired shape. Each stiffener pocket includes an outer pocket panel, and an inner pocket panel aligned with the outer pocket panel. The outer and inner pocket panels each have a top, a bottom and sides extending between the top and bottom. Stitching couples together the outer and inner pocket panels along the sides and bottom thereof so as to form a passageway extending between the outer and inner pockets panel. The top of the outer and inner pocket panels are not stitched so as to form a stiffener pocket opening. The removable stiffener inserts are inserted into the passageways of the stiffener pockets through the stiffener pocket openings.
