Integrated circuit provided with a device for detecting its spatial orientation and/or a modification of this orientation
An integrated circuit includes a mechanical device for detection of spatial orientation and/or of change in orientation of the integrated circuit. The device is formed in the BEOL and includes an accommodation whose sides include metal portions formed within various metallization levels. A mobile metal component is accommodated within the accommodation. A monitor inside the accommodation defines a displacement area for the metal component and includes electrically conductive elements disposed at the periphery of the displacement area. The component is configured so as to, under the action of the gravity, come into contact with the two electrically conductive elements in response to a given spatial orientation of the integrated circuit. A detector is configured to detect an electrical link passing through the component and the electrically conductive elements.

Ski pole shaft inclinometer as sticker or image
One embodiment of an inclinometer is disclosed comprising lines on a sticker applied to a ski pole shaft. Each line represents a unique slope angle, and may be identified by a number to indicate the slope angle, such that the lines can be used to visually identify slope angle when the ski pole shaft is held vertically. Slope angle measurements can be taken by sighting a side profile of the slope, or by sighting up or down the slope, or by direct contact measurement with the slope. Other embodiments are described and shown, including one with lines printed directly onto a ski pole shaft, and one that's applied to the cylindrical surface of a water bottle rather than to that of a ski pole shaft.

LEVEL APPARATUS
A multipurpose, non-fluid, electronic level mechanism featuring an inhibitor, and emitter and a receiver. The inhibitor is mounted from the inhibitor bracket and in operation blocks a laser from the emitter to the receiver, unless the device is at a level position on a selected surface. If the device is at a level position on the selected surface, the laser from the emitter passes through an aperture in the inhibitor and is receiver by the receiver, which indicates that the device is level on the exterior of the device's body.
The Multiple new angles verification measuring apparatus
This new tool cost about the same as its predecessor, but it does what its predecessor does and four other things. It verifies commonly needed angles, slopes, and pitches found in construction situations. It replaces the old bubble between two lines of the spirit level with a more advanced type of pendulum apparatus that relies on gravity. A pendulum usually only points in one direction (downward). This one points in multiple directions. It is exceptionally useful for city code inspectors. It works in the same old generic housing of a regular level. It does what the old spirit level does. It also verifies three of the most common roof pitches. It shows whether your stairs are in the safety range for steepness according to OSHA standards. It verifies whether your plumbing drainage is at the correct slope. It can also measure the actual degrees. It is also expandable.

The laser module is configured to project a laser line in a vertical plane generally about 360 degrees. The laser line comprises a higher power portion and a lower power portion. The laser level is configured such that the higher power portion is directed generally upwardly towards a ceiling.

Multiple angle verification measuring apparatus
An angle measuring apparatus includes a housing that has a circular aperture, and a rectangular slot positioned such that a length of the slot is in parallel with the circular aperture. A rotating assembly has a weight, positioned within the circular aperture and is operative to rotate, with the weight maintaining the position of the rotating assembly with respect to the housing as the housing is moved angularly with respect to a reference position, such that the weight position indicates the direction of gravity. A transparent insert, that has indicia for indicating measurement angles, is operative to be removably inserted into the rectangular slot such that the indicia are superimposed over the rotating assemble and operative for use as reference indicia as the rotating assembly rotates.
