UPPER BODY SHAPER GARMENT
Disclosed embodiments include an upper body shaper garment for women. The garment contours the breasts and other aspects of the chest area into a fashionable form by delivering distinct amount of compression force at select areas of the garment. In various embodiments, the shaper garment includes a support area covering the breasts and a shaping area including one or more compression zones for moving the support area to enhance the appearance of the wearer. The shaper garment may be knitted from one continuous piece of fabric with the compression areas knitted directly into the base layer. The shaper garment may also include one or more transition zones between the areas and/or zones of the garment to smoothly transition between different areas and/or zones.
SEAMLESS BRA
A garment, e.g. a bra, for sport related activities made of a single layer knitted seamless fabric. The garment is a circular knitted tube, with defined front and back sides. The garment has molded cup portions formed in the garment front to fit over a wearer's breast. The cup portions formed by molding application that shapes the cup portion to accommodate a wearers' breast. Reinforcing tapes bond to the inner surface of the garment front to support the breast at one or more portions. The reinforcing tapes bonded to one or more of an upper part of the cup portion, above the cup portion, below the cup portion, lateral to the cup portion or any combination thereof. The reinforcing tapes have lower elasticity than fabric they are bonded to. The reinforcing tapes are typically bonded by an adhesive to the fabric, i.e. the reinforcing tapes being single-sided adhesive films.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CORE-MATERIAL-CONTAINING GARMENT, AND CORE-MATERIAL-CONTAINING GARMENT
A method for manufacturing a core-material-containing garment, the method includes: a feeding step of feeding fabric (2) in a wound state onto a conveyor table (1) without relaxing or substantially relaxing the fabric (2); a core material application step of applying a reactive hot-melt adhesive to the fabric (2) on the conveyor table (1) to form a core material (12); an adhesive application step of applying a bonding hot-melt adhesive (13) configured to bond the fabric (2); and a drying step of drying the applied bonding hot-melt adhesive (13), and in the core material application step, the reactive hot-melt adhesive is mixed with nitrogen gas and foamed, and the reactive hot-melt adhesive is applied using an application device provided with a resin discharge unit that is movable in at least two axial directions of vertical and horizontal directions.
Garment
The undergarment may include a multi-panel front construction in order to minimize the prominence of breast buds, nipples, and even mature breast tissue without sports bra-like compression. The garments are uniquely designed to maximize comfort with their super-soft external material and to maximize self-esteem with their unique inner front panel. The interior front panel is constructed from a different material than the external layers.
Brassiere
An adjustable brassiere includes a pair of cup parts, a base part supporting the cup parts, a back part, and straps. Each cup part has, on its back surface, an underbust adjustment pocket and a volume adjustment pocket. The base part is continuous with the cup parts and has a stretchable skin-side base part and a front-side base part that are layered. The front-side base part includes a wire insertion part that has substantially the same curve as a curve of a lower edge of the cup part on a front surface. The skin-side base part and the front-side base part are fixed to each other at the front center tops, side edges, and a lower end, and the cup lower edge of the skin-side base part and the wire insertion part of the front-side base part are not fixed to each other, except for both ends thereof.
BRA CUP FOR A BRASSIERE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A bra cup for a brassiere to be worn by a wearer is disclosed. The bra cup comprises a core layer. The core layer has an inner side and an outer side. A plurality of apertures are formed in the core layer. In one example, one or more of the plurality of apertures have a truncated conical cross-section with a relatively larger diameter towards the inner side and a relatively smaller diameter towards the outer side. In another example, the plurality of apertures comprises a plurality of elongated apertures formed in a frontal area of the bra cup and a plurality of circular apertures formed in a lateral area of the bra cup. The plurality of elongated apertures have a dumbbell shape. In yet another example, the bra cup comprises a plurality of protrusions defined in the core layer towards the inner side thereof.
ARTICLE OF CLOTHING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An article of clothing is disclosed. The article of clothing a front panel. The front panel comprises an inner fabric layer; an outer fabric layer having a first portion and a second portion; and a thermoplastic strip. The first portion of the outer fabric layer is secured with the inner fabric layer. The second portion of the outer fabric layer supports the thermoplastic strip therewith. The back panel is attached to the front panel.
Woman's undergarment with cup sections
A woman's undergarment with cup sections includes a pair of left and right brassiere cups, cup cover pieces, straps, back pieces, a support panel, and lift-up pieces. A lower edge of each of the brassiere cups is sewn to a lower edge of the lift-up piece. A side edge and an upper edge of the brassiere cup are detached from the cup cover piece. The lift-up piece is disposed between the brassiere cup and the cup cover piece. The brassiere cup has an opening in a corner region including an upper end of the brassiere cup. An insertion portion of the lift-up piece is disposed to pass through the opening.
FORMED BRASSIERE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A brassiere and associated method of manufacture is presented. A graticulate support member is producible by additive printing. The graticulate support member may be positioned between each of a first cup cover and a second cup cover of the brassiere. The graticulate support member may include a thickness gradient devised to maintain rigidity of the formed cup from a maximum thickness medially centered at a first edge of the graticulate support member towards a minimum thickness realized at the extremity of a second edge.
BRASSIERE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
The present disclosure relates to support members for brassieres and other clothing. The support member may be manufactured by additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing methods, and injection molding, among others. The support member may include a thickness gradient devised to support a breast or other part of the anatomy. The support member may be customized to the anatomy of a particular user. The support member may include one or more biometric sensors.
