Detection results communication systems and methods
Various techniques are disclosed for encoding and communicating detection results. In one example, a device includes a detector configured to capture measurement data in response to an external source. The device further includes one or more processors. The detection device further includes one or more memories including instructions stored therein, which when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include analyzing the measurement data to generate detection results. The operations further include generating a quick response (QR) code encoding at least a portion the detection results. The operations further include providing the QR code for access by an external device. Additional devices and related methods are also provided.
ARRAY-TYPE SENSOR CHIP AND DATA OUTPUT METHOD THEREFOR
A data processing method and an array-type sensor, which relate to the technical field of semiconductors. The array-type sensor comprises a processing unit (120) and a plurality of sensing units (110), and the plurality of sensing units (110) are separately connected to the processing unit (120); the sensing units (110) are configured to receive external signals, convert the external signals into unit values, and send the unit values to the processing unit (120) according to a preset rule; the processing unit (120) is configured to perform data processing on the unit values by using a preset algorithm; and when the processed data or processing result sent to a receiving unit (210) meets a preset condition, the sensing units (110) are controlled to send the unit values to the receiving unit (210). The array-type sensor is enabled to perform certain processing on the received data and send same to a data receiver, thus reducing the amount of data received by the data receiver so as to reduce the receiving pressure and calculation pressure of the data receiver.
DATA LOGGER DEVICE
A data logger device is provided. The data logger device according to an example embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensing unit mounted on one surface of a flexible printed circuit board, and including a sensor that detects at least one piece of information; a display unit that, when an abnormal state is detected on the basis of information measured via the sensing unit, irreversibly displays the abnormal state; a control unit that controls driving of the sensing unit and the display unit; a power supply unit that provides driving power to the control unit; and a cover member that prevents the outside exposure of the sensing unit, the display unit, the control unit, and the power supply unit.
Device and method for storing information relating to the operation of a roll or wheel and the obtained roll or the obtained wheel
The present invention relates to a roll or a wheel, wherein the roll or the wheel is provided with (i) a stiff, essentially cylindrical roll core or wheel core that is provided at its lateral surface with a surface that is subject to wear; (ii) a data logger, that is positioned on said roll core or said wheel core of said surface, provided with at least (a) a sensor for monitoring information relating to the operation of said roll or said wheel or said surface; (b) a processor for processing said information; (c) tangible, non-volatile memory for storing said information; (d) a wireless network interface for sending and receiving data comprising said information; (e) program data stored in said memory for controlling said processor; (g) a battery or equivalent energy source for feeding (a) and/or (b) and/or (c) and/or (d); wherein said data comprise roll or wheel related data, such as e.g. a unique serial number and/or dimensions for identification of the roll or the wheel.
Data-transmission system
A data-transmission system, comprising measurement means, having memories, to create and collect measurement data, an output device having a zero-power passive state, to show in the zero-power passive state, machine-readable code containing the measurement data created using the measurement means, a power supply for the output device and the measurement means, a server arrangement to process and/or store the measurement data, and one or several reader devices to read the code from the output device in the zero-power passive state and arranged for data transfer with the server arrangement. The output device and measurement means with memories are to be arranged at monitoring objects.
MEASUREMENT APPARATUS UNIT
A measurement apparatus unit is mountable to a vehicle. The measurement apparatus unit includes a first sensor, a first storage apparatus, and a first relay. The first sensor is arranged in a first area among a plurality of areas that are segmented in advance in the vehicle. The first storage apparatus stores therein detection data that is acquired from the first sensor. The first storage apparatus is arranged in a second area that differs from the first area among the plurality of areas. The first relay communicably connects at least the first sensor and the first storage apparatus. The first area and the second area are separated from each other in a traveling direction of the vehicle.
Modular wireless sensing device
The present disclosure provides a wireless sensing device. In an embodiment, the wireless sensing device includes (A) a button cell. The button cell has a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The device includes (B) a first printed circuit board (IPCB) located on a top surface of the button cell. The IPCB has a first contact and a second contact electrically connected to respective positive electrode and negative electrode of the button cell. The IPCB includes (i) a processor, and (ii) a wireless communication component (WCC). Each of the (i) processor, and (ii) WCC are electrically connected to the IPCB. The device includes (C) a sensor module. The sensor module includes a second PCB (2PCB) and one or more sensor chips electrically connected to the 2PCB. (D) The device has a length from 10 mm to 30 mm, a thickness from 3 mm to 10 mm and a width from 10 mm to 30 mm.
Method and device for tracking the unloading and loading of containers from and onto trucks using motion activity patterns of the containers
The present invention is a method and a device for tracking the unloading and loading of containers from and onto carrying platforms of tracks, using unloading and loading motion activity time course patterns characteristic of a specific container in combination with a specific carrying platform of a truck. In the invention the device is connected to a specific container and records the tilting angle of the container in the time course of unloading and/or loading from and onto a specific platform of the truck. A digital data processor produces from the data a motion activity time course pattern curve which is compared and matched for fitness to a predetermined standard motion activity time course pattern curve for the specific container and specific carrying platform of a truck and sends the degree of fitness to a data receiving terminal system. If the fitness of the two curves is found to be in close fitness, together with GPS data from the device, it is possible to determine if, where and when unloading and loading of the specific container took place.
Event detection using pattern recognition criteria
Computer-implemented systems utilizing sensor networks for sensing temperature and motion environmental parameters, and performing at least operations of electronically establishing, based on pattern recognition criteria, correspondence of a plurality of representative features a plurality of characteristics of an occurrence, where a first instance of the occurrence occurred within a first time period of a plurality of time periods; electronically discovering, based on the correspondence, a second instance of the occurrence in an environment during a second time period of the plurality of time periods; and electronically causing, based on the discovery of the second instance of the occurrence, a change in the environment via an electronically-controlled device.
SENSOR DATA INTEGRATION AND EVENT DETECTION
A method for time alignment of sensor having a plurality of sensors for use in sensor data integration. A reference signal, with timestamp, is provided to each sensor. Output signals in response to the reference signal are identified and used to determine a time delay for response for the sensors. These time delays are stored applying time corrections to sensor data during sensor data integration used in event detection. An associated method of detecting events from sensor data from a plurality of sensors is disclosed. A threshold is determined for each of the sensors, such that a signal exceeding the threshold is identified as a potential sensor event. Potential sensor events from each sensors are detected and when potential events from at least two sensors fall within a predetermined time window this is identified to be a likely actual event.
