A multifunctional support garment for support of a pelvic region and abdomen of a wearer having an open torso portion extending into a respective pair of integral hollow leg members, a waistband configured for supporting the abdomen region, a gusset member adjoined to corresponding upper edges of the pair of hollow leg members configured for providing an adaptive pelvic support junction and a hammock member that may be detachable having a pair of opposed elongate detached side edges disposed between an anterior terminus and a posterior terminus, wherein the hammock member bolsters the pelvic support junction and providing a platform for adhering an absorbent pad.

A lined and padded trouser assembly for cushioning a groin of a wearer includes a pair of pants having a pair of shorts positioned therein and engaged thereto. A waistband of the shorts is substantially aligned with a waistband of the pants. A pad is engaged to and positioned between the pants and the shorts so that the pad is positioned over a groin of a user upon donning the pants. The pad cushions the groin from a vertical pressure applied thereto. The shorts protect skin from chafing and absorb perspiration to prevent skin irritation.

In an embodiment, an athletic garment is provided including a front panel and a rear panel, a waistband portion disposed at an upper portion of the garment, a first opening for receiving a torso of a user, a second opening for receiving a first leg of a user and a third opening for receiving a second leg of a user; and a crotch panel disposed between the front and rear panel, extending from the second opening to the third opening. The crotch panel comprises a tri-layered substrate to conceal and prevent visible staining of a fluid received therein. The tri-layered substrate may include a first layer of a first material, a second layer of a second material, and a third layer of a third material.

Also, a protective pant for a wearer, the protective pant comprising: an inner base for protecting a pelvic region of the wearer; an outer shell; and a zipperless length adjuster comprising a plurality of adjustment elements on the inner base and a plurality of adjustment elements on the outer shell, each of the adjustment elements on the outer shell configured to be attachable to a corresponding one of the adjustment elements of the inner base in at least two positions to permit length-wise adjustment of the outer shell relative to the inner base.

A manufacturing method of protective pad for sportswear and the protective pad obtained by the manufacturing method are disclosed. Specifically, the heat press mold contains cavities for accommodating the paddings; before heat press, laying a first fabric piece on the heat press mold, and then placing the paddings into the cavities; and after that laying a second fabric piece over the paddings; applying glues between the first fabric piece, the second fabric piece and the paddings; finally, adhering the first fabric piece, the second fabric piece and the paddings by heat press using the heat press formation devices.

A protection device for the ischial, perineal and urogenital area of a user, comprising: a folding main body, which is shaped substantially like a parallelogram and the internal surface of which is stably associated with multiple paddings which are separated by a plurality of dividing segments, two elastically extendable straps, which are stably associated at a first end thereof with the main body, at least one element for temporary interconnection, which is associated detachably with a second end of one of the straps.

A woman's bottom garment provides a concealed accessible opening for elimination.
