A fluid sensor assembly is provided. The fluid sensor assembly includes a base and a cap. The base is configured to receive a fluid sensor, the base forming a plurality of receiving apertures positioned about a perimeter of the base. The cap is configured to fit on the base and form a fluid-tight seal between the cap and the base, the cap including a plurality of articulating levers, each articulating lever of the plurality of articulating levers being configured to rotate about a central axis and including a latching feature configured to be inserted into a receiving aperture of the plurality of receiving apertures when the cap is fitted on the base and to lock the cap to the base upon rotation of the articulating levers.

Methods and systems for sensing a fluid level associated with an engine are described. The method comprises generating an input signal and applying the input signal to a resistive portion and a capacitive portion of a fluid level sensing device, measuring a first varying output of the resistive portion of the fluid level sensing device through a first channel of a controller of the engine, measuring a second varying output of the capacitive portion of the fluid level sensing device through a second channel of the controller of the engine, and translating at least one of the first varying output and the second varying output into a level of fluid and outputting the level of fluid.

A flow sensor includes a fluid chamber configured to receive a fluid. A diaphragm assembly is configured to be displaced whenever the fluid within the fluid chamber is displaced. A transducer assembly is configured to monitor the displacement of the diaphragm assembly and generate a signal based, at least in part, upon the quantity of fluid displaced within the fluid chamber.

Methods and systems for providing a resource dispenser status for a resource dispenser associated with a facility. One system includes an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to receive a set of signals. The electronic processor is also configured to compare a first signal included in the set of signals to a set of thresholds. The electronic processor is also configured to determine a resource dispenser status based on the comparison of the first signal to the set of thresholds. The electronic processor is also configured to generate and transmit the resource dispenser status to a remote device, wherein the remote device provides the resource dispenser status to a user.
LiDAR scanning system and methods
An image scanning system for determining a volume of product in a container, such as a grain bin, is secured to the container with a locking system. The image scanning device comprises an image scanning head rotatable in a first direction about a body housing, while the body housing is rotatable in a second direction about a securing arm. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. An image scanning device, which can be a LiDAR device, is housed within the image scanning head to image the container and the product as the device components are rotated. Software for controlling the system and outputting a volume change and a typographical representation of the product within the container is further provided.

DISPENSER AND METHOD OF DISPENSING A MATERIAL
A dispenser and methods for dispensing a material into a receptacle comprises a dispenser outlet for dispensing material into the receptacle; a support for receiving a receptacle; at least one lateral sensor positioned to laterally sense a receptacle received on the support; an upper sensor positioned to sense a receptacle received on the support from above; and a controller operatively connected to the lateral and upper sensors. The controller is configured to sense the presence of a receptacle received on the support, calculate the volume of the receptacle and/or the volume of material within the receptacle from data received from the lateral and upper sensors, and control the volume of material dispensed from the dispenser outlet into the receptacle based upon the calculated volume of the receptacle and/or the volume of material within the receptacle.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS OF A TOILET OVER TIME INTERVALS
A system for diagnostic analysis of a toilet over time intervals comprises a processor operable to receive a distance measurement from a sensor over a network. The processor is operable to determine an instance of a decrease in a water level in a toilet tank based on a comparison of the received distance measurement to a setpoint and to determine a plurality of instances of the decrease in the water level within a period of time. The processor is operable to calculate a ratio of the determined number of the plurality of instances of the decrease in the water level to a number of instances wherein a door changes from a first position to a second position. The processor is operable to compare the calculated ratio to a threshold ratio and to send an alert to a user device when the calculated ratio is less than the threshold ratio.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS OF A TOILET OVER TIME INTERVALS
A system for diagnostic analysis of a toilet over time intervals comprises a processor operable to receive a distance measurement from a sensor over a network.
