A length adjusting device has a guiding track and a controlling assembly. The guiding track has a guiding structure and a locking structure. The controlling assembly has a connecting base, an engaging body, a switch base, a spring, a switch, and a controlling body. The guiding track is mounted between the connecting base and the engaging body. The engaging body is selectively engaged with the guiding track. The switch is combined with the connecting base and has a switching recess. The spring is mounted between and compressed by the engaging body and the switch base. The switch is selectively engaged in the switching recess. The controlling body is mounted on the switch base and has a gear engaged with the guiding track.
Clothing system
Exemplary arrangements relate to a clothing system that comprises a plurality of clothing items (1, 2, 3). Each of the clothing items is configured to be worn simultaneously in layered relation with at least one of the other clothing items. Each of the clothing items includes at least one hold device (5, 6, 7). Each hold device is configured to releasably hold a protective textile item (4) in engagement with the respective clothing item. One or more protective textile items in engaged relation with the respective clothing item provides one or more desired properties suitable for addressing environmental or occupational conditions.
FLUID-FILLED DAMPER SYSTEM WITH RESTRICTED FLOW
A fluid-filled damper system for apparel and protective padding manages impact forces through controlled fluid movement between chambers. Systems, methods, and other embodiments for removably attaching personal protective equipment (PPE) to an air intake device, including an air intake device having a removable filter, a personnel protective equipment (PPE), wherein the PPE includes an opening located on a portion of the PPE such that the opening is sized and shaped to accommodate one end of the removable filter, a sealing flange operatively connected to the opening, a gasket seal, wherein the gasket seal is configured to be retained within the sealing flange, and a plurality of fasteners located around a periphery of the one end of the removable air filter, wherein the plurality of magnets are configured to interact with the gasket seal and sealing flange to removably attach the PPE to the removable air filter.
