A powder dispensing device is provided including a housing; a hopper sized and shaped to engage the housing to form a reservoir; a first barrel in fluid communication with the reservoir via one or more first apertures and having a first internal diameter; a second barrel in fluid communication with the reservoir via one or more second apertures and having a second internal diameter, wherein the first internal diameter is greater than the second internal diameter; at least one motor coupled to the first barrel and the second barrel, the at least one motor configured to rotate the first barrel and the second barrel; a scale electrically coupled to a scale plate, the scale plate disposed on the housing and below the first barrel and the second barrel; and a user interface in electrical communication with the at least one motor and the scale, the user interface configured to receive a user-input.

One object is to provide a particulate material supply apparatus of a simple configuration provided with leakage preventing portions configured to receive a particulate material falling out from a feed port during stop of supply of the particulate material and not to interfere with the supply of the particulate material from the feed port during supply of the particulate material. There is provided a particulate material supply apparatus of the present disclosure comprising a main body; a plurality of stockers; and a plurality of leakage preventing portions. The stocker comprises a charging port configured to cause the particulate material to be charged into inside of the stocker; and a feed portion configured to supply the particulate material stored inside of the stocker from a feed port. The leakage preventing portion comprises a receiving member and a driving portion.

A combination weighing device includes: a storage unit that stores time-series measurement values sequentially acquired by the measurement hoppers; a time measurement unit that measures an elapsed time from a timing corresponding to supply of the products to the measurement hoppers until a timing at which the time-series measurement values enter a region considered to be stabilized when the time-series measurement values stored in the storage unit converge to the region considered to be stabilized as a stabilization time until the measurement values become stabilized; and a selection unit that acquires the stabilization times by the time measurement unit over a plurality of cycles and can select a recommended stabilization time that is the stabilization time in which a predetermined measurement accuracy can be maintained based on a standard deviation of the acquired stabilization times for the plurality of cycles.

A precision measurement dispenser provides for storage of a granular bulk material in a storage container that is preferably airtight. The granular material is held in a storage container which feeds a dispensing section that is preferably positioned within the storage container. The dispensing section selectively dispenses the ingredient by gravity to a weighting tray of a scale. The ingredient is dispensed by weight. The storage dispensing unit may also include a display and keypad for entry of a desired quantity of ingredient to be dispensed, and optionally which of plural ingredients to be dispensed. A controller can convert a requested volumetric measure to an equivalent weight measure, and dispense by weight in place of volume. The storage dispensing unit further optionally includes pressure control, temperature control, and/or humidity control on the storage container. The dispensing section uses screw, roll, vibration, or shuttle mechanisms for precise dispensing of material.

The pushing mechanism is arranged on one side of the transferring wheel. The resetting mechanisms are configured to push the sliding blocks connected with the pushing rods to slide along the first channel towards an initial direction, and the weighing mechanism is arranged below the transferring wheel.

A weighing system is mounted on a support, and the support is configured to support the weighing system. An apparatus (1) for continuous gravimetric metering of pourable material comprises a housing (2) comprising a first and a second spaced wall (5,6), a charging port (7) through the first wall (5), and a discharging port (8) through the first wall (5) displaced from the charging port (7) and a primary air port (10) with a primary outlet opening (9) through the second wall (6) opposite to the discharging port (8). In the second wall (6) a secondary air port (12) is provided with a secondary outlet opening (11) having a substantially smaller outlet area than the primary outlet opening (9) and being displaced from the primary outlet opening in opposite direction to the rotational direction of the rotor (3) and being arranged opposite to the discharging port (8), and where the primary and secondary air ports (10,12) are connected to a compressed air supply.
