METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LOAD IDENTIFYING THE LOAD OF A TRANSPORT ELEMENT OF LONG-STATOR LINEAR MOTOR SYSTEM
The present invention provides a method for identifying a load and/or wear of a transport element of a transport system with a long-stator linear motor, comprising the steps of: exciting a dynamic system consisting of the long-stator linear motor (160) and the transport element according to at least one excitation pattern; detecting the movement profile of the transport element on the basis of the at least one excitation pattern; and detecting a temporal course of a load current and/or of a load voltage of the long-stator linear motor according to the at least one excitation pattern by means of an integrated measuring device of the long-stator linear motor; wherein a loading condition of the transport element is determined depending on the detected movement profile and the detected temporal course of the load current and/or of the load voltage.
MOBILE WEIGHING SCALE AND METHOD
A mobile weighing apparatus includes a base tubing, a column extending from the base tubing, a handle extending from the column, a plurality of wheels, a weighing platform, and a plurality of load cells coupled to or between the base tubing and the weighing platform. The weighting platform may be suspended from the load cells, such as with wire rope bolts, such that a force applied to the column does not affect weighment of an object on the weighing platform. The apparatus may include a kingpin-less swivel rear wheel, a rear wheel brake to preclude rotation of the rear wheel about an axle of the rear wheel, and an actuator to actuate the rear brake when the rear wheel is in any position over a 360-degree range. The wheels may be positioned adjacent respective corners of a triangularly shaped base tubing, and the apparatus may further include a clinometer.
Smart cap and/or handle
Systems and methods here may be used to sense razor handle usage, and/or product content in a container, send information to a local wireless device which may in turn, inform a back end system. In some embodiments, the systems and methods may then utilize the information about the container and send a message regarding inventory status, place an order for a re-fill, and/or aggregate usage data of the container or handle.
Method and system for measuring interference in a checkweighing device
A method and a system measure interfering influences on a checkweighing device. In the method, external interference data are obtained, as are interference data from the checkweighing device itself and interference data from an object being weighed, by calculating or mapping the weighing error data in the stationary state, in the operating state, and in the weighing state. The system for measuring the interference uses a meter and a processing apparatus. The meter and the processing apparatus perform an interference measurement and a compensation method. The amount of interference in the checkweighing device in each state and the amount of influence of the interference on the weighing performance is obtained, thereby facilitating the production, debugging, maintenance, and use of a checkweighing device.
Mobile weighing scale and method
A mobile weighing scale is disclosed. The mobile weighing scale comprises a column; a weighing platform for supporting an object to be weighed; and a plurality of load cells for computing weighment of the object are connected to the weighing platform, wherein the plurality of load cells are mounted internal to the top of a base tubing, wherein the base tubing is attached to the weighing platform. Further, the mobile weighing scale may comprise a vibrator, removably attached at a proximal end of the weighing platform, for producing vibratory forces on the weighing platform to densify a material within the object to be weighed. The mobile weighing scale may further comprise an electronic indicator, attached to the column, for displaying the computed weighment of the object.
LIQUID PRODUCT DISPENSING SYSTEM
Disclosed embodiments provide a liquid product dispensing system. Cans are transported onto a weigh plate. The weigh plate is coupled to a dispensing system such that, when the can is filled with product to a predetermined weight, the dispensing system stops the flow of product into the can. A transport system then moves the filled cans from the weigh plate and moves another set of empty cans onto the weigh plate, and the process continues, enabling high-speed production of canned beverages.
Smart cap product reordering
Systems and methods here may be used to sense product content in a container, send information to a local wireless device which may in turn, inform a back end system. In some embodiments, the systems and methods may then utilize the information about the container and send a message regarding inventory status, place an order for a re-fill, and/or aggregate usage data of the container.
DEVICE FOR DETERMINING THE WEIGHT OF A CAPSULE ARRANGED IN A CAPSULE HOLDER OF AN INCREMENTALLY ROTATED CONVEYOR WHEEL
The invention relates to a device (50; 50a to 50c) for determining the weight of a capsule (10) arranged in a receptacle (26) of a capsule holder (25) of an incrementally rotated conveyor wheel (21), comprising a transfer device (52; 52a to 52c) for transferring at least one capsule (10) from the capsule holder (25) into a capsule receiver (55) having a plurality of receptacles (54) for respectively one capsule (10), and back again, wherein the capsule receptacle (55) has a movable arrangement in a plane parallel to the conveyor plane of the conveyor wheel (21).
The wheels may be positioned adjacent respective corners of a triangularly shaped base tubing, and the apparatus may further include a clinometer.
Device and method for transferring containers
A transferring device is provided for transferring containers from a container advancing device, where they are aligned in at least one row along an advancing direction, to at least one operating unit arranged outside the line, adjacent to the container advancing device, along a transferring direction transverse to the advancing direction. The transferring device includes at least two transferring arms, movable to selectively translate along the transferring direction from the container advancing device toward the operating unit.
